The did the analysis quickly/next day after I took in two flooring samples, one tile and one a coated wood, the results were negative for asbestos luckily. The company emailed a detailed report of the results, which allowed the project to move forward..

Description of Work: I needed to have the material tested urgently. The service provider was the closest. It was logical to go to them. In general they were good. Two things made me rated them B. 1, The cost was higher than others. 2, I got the test result back over the phone, but still have not received the written report.

I mailed it to them and they sent me the result. It was very simple. I didn't have much interaction with them. The results turned out great.
