I needed my main sewer replaced (orangeberg pipe). Signed a contract almost three YEARS ago with a different excavating company. Couldn't get them to start the job! Mr. Decker came over within 24 hours of being called. He said he could have his crew here on the next business day. He was good on his word. His crew was very efficient, and very skilled. They had to dig up my driveway to get to the sewer, then dig an 8 -foot-deep hole. The driveway is only about 12 inches away from the wall of my house. They managed to do the job without damaging my house in any way. Precision work! The crew was polite, and kept us informed as the job progressed. And they completed the job in one day, as promised. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend All Drains LLC to anyone else.

Bill stopped by to look at my sump discharge line problem and he knew exactly what to do within 15 miniutes. He explained what has to be done, quoted an honest price and said and he could have a crew here on Saturday. His crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. Special thanks to Louis, Ronnie and Gordon who worked non stop and were very professional. They kept us informed on every step and finished the job on time as promised. We had many plumbing companies on the phone say yes, they repair or install sump pump discharge lines to only come by and say oh they do not do that but charged a "consultation" fee. Bill responded promptly and identified the problem. The crew crew was here right on time. This was a complete sewer line replacement. House to city main in six hours! The skill of the excavator operator is phenomenal. He piloted the machine through very narrow space in the driveway just to get to the backyard.

Bill came out within two hours after I reported the problem. He figured out exactly where the breakage was in the yard within a half hour. He and his crew came out early the next morning and fixed the drain within four hours. I can't really speak to the value because I didn't have the opportunity to get other quotes. The project was a bit pricy but I believe Bill gave me a fair price. Excellent work and great people to work with!! I highly recommend.

I was aware of billâ s reputation about being an honest man who will totally explain all the steps involved. Bill and Louis came out on Tuesday and immediately located the blockage and then confirmed the break with the camera. I agreed to the job and it was completed on Thursday in about 4 hours time. If you are looking for a company that wonâ t rip you off, then all drains is who you call. Thanks bill jeff and Louis and the rest of the crew.

Overall the team did a nice job. They moved quick! Had them come out the day after they called me and started the job in 2 days. There was a slight unforeseen issue with the city that we worked through but overall they did a great job.

Job was completed in one day as promised. Workers kept job site clean, vary satisfied with qualify of the work.

My trouble was a collapsed sewer. Great communication. Contacted me quickly, estimate next day, scheduled for 4 days later. Crew worked efficiently and completed job in 4 hrs. Explained process thoroughly and answered my questions. City Inspector approved work, so I am confident of the professional work done. Appreciate the good work of these skilled tradesmen. Discovered water & sewage in basement on 7/3/2021. Two companies were unable to fix, Filled out request on HomeAdvisor and Bill was here within 1 hour on 7/5/21, a holiday for most, His crew was here next day. We live in duplex and discovered our sewer line was attached to neighbor and ran slightly onto his property so crew had to stop and fill hole. Bill worked with city and neighbor and came back to complete work. Not sure if some contractors would have followed through as quickly. Everyone was professional, friendly, respectful and extremely experienced. Bill kept in constant contact with us through the whole process. All Drains really helped us through a very difficult situation. We would highly recommend them!!!

My experience with All Drains was awesome from start to finish. This company is very professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a sewer main line repair starting at the riser and Mr. Bill assesed the problem and told us our opinions. Then scheduled the repair date and the crew came out and completed the whole job and got an inspection approval from the city all in 1 day. WOW!!! We had a major emergency only two months after moving into the house. We had major backup and all the roots we thought were taken care of were all still there and making everything worse. A different company suggested jetting which would also cost a lot, but after talking to Bill he informed me that all this would do is potentially destroy our pipes and then end up costing us thousands to get it all replaced. These guys diagnosed all that in one day and came back the next day and not only replaced our 101 year old pipes but cut out all the roots and cleared all the blockage. These guys are amazing and saved us from potential disaster.
