Bill and his crew were a true blessing to me. I needed total sewer line replaced in old home. Prompt, professional, responsive, and go the extra mile in customer service. They do what they say they will do and then some. They did an excellent job and were thoughtful and considerate with my property. Fair price. Frederick, Jeff, and all the guys great to work with too. Would recommend without hesitation.

Bill and his team, Art and Louis are the best. They all worked their tails off and went above and beyond to help us and get the job done. Was very upfront with cost and did more than was originally quoted to ensure the repairs needed were all accomplished, additional items found during repairs. Would not hesitate to recommend the professionals at All Drains to anyone needing repairs and will continue to use them in the future.

Bill and his crew are very professional. I called them on a Sat. morning and they showed up a few hours later, gave me an estimate and started and finished the job on Mon. I strongly suggest this company to anyone who has plumbing issues. They do an awesome job!!

First timers beware these guys. The price is very alluring but you get what you pay for. I hired them to do a sewer scope ($100) and the incorrectly diagnosed the piping due to an incompetent employee. They would not give me a report, video, nada. They first told me the pipes were splitting and was walking into potential roots, then it was orangeburg and I had no way to prove this to the seller of the home. So it was first a 4k verbal quote than a 10 -20k second verbal quote. They also did not give me my money back which they promised to do. A real shame. If you do not know anything about plumbing like me, do not go with these guys. I got a second opinion and turns out the pipes were healthy and a completely different material (ceramic). Shame shame shame... nice guys wish they were more honest and upfront.

Bought a house in Ypsilanti recently, all seemed to be going well, and then the unexpected happened. It turns out the house needed plumbing work done asap. There was an unbearable sewer smell emanating from the crawl space and filling the entire house. Luckily for us, Bill and his team were able to get the job done in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend them.

Arrived on time, communicated every step of the way and the cost was reasonable. The crew was Luis, Leighton and Kyle. It was a tough job and they all worked great together. Bill came out to quote the job and I’m very skeptical of contractors for past issues with another company. Everything he told me planned out. So I can also say they were honest and straight forward.

Not only were they professional but really seemed to care and did the job for a great price; I saved over $1600.00 over other quotes. Bill even gave consideration for my dogs being able to go out and relieve themselves, something that I never expected.

Showed up on time, worked diligently. They were a couple nice guys who cared about the quality of their work. I am very pleased.

They responded quickly and Luis worked long and hard to bring relief to my poor flooded basement.

We woke up during COVID 19 shut down with 2inches of back up in our sewer. We contacted the too four contractors and Bill from LLC responded in 15 minutes. He understood our situation and left a nearby crew to see our situation. He arrived at the minute at our home. We made an agreement and another crew was here within an hour. Bill and his crew were polite, professional, and beyond helpful moving things in our yard. They ran an entirely new system from house to main in about 6 hrs. The price they charged us was more than fair. It did not take long to figure out we are blessed to have Bill and his crew at our property. If I need a plumber in the future or if a friend needs one. I will not hesitate to recommend them. That you guys and for your hard work.

If we could give them 10 stars we would!!! Said they would be there at 8am and was exactly there at 8am, they had to leave to get more line said they'd be back in an hour, came back in exactly an hour!!!! Took time to explain and show us ever detail. We have to have some serious work done and they will definitely be the ones doing it. They dont just talk the talk they can show you (the camera is amazing) overall absolute great customer service, reasonable pricing, no BS service!!!! We are definitely customers for life!!!!

Would absolutely recommend! Had a clogged pipe that turned into more (rotted out/broken) and were able to completely replace all in one day and everyone that came through was very respectful of my house and very friendly. :)
