Bill was great. Work was done in a timely manner. When done there was no clue that they had been there other then a new clean up next to the house and a small area of grass that needs to be replaced. Ever happy with the work.

My sewer drain backed up in our basement on a Sunday morning. The first company that came out quoted a large number to fix a section of the line but couldn't guarantee it would solve the issue. If more of the line needed to be dug up and replaced, it would cost thousands more. They also pushed some other work on us that we were skeptical about. I used Home Advisor the next day on Monday on my lunch to search for a second opinion and estimate. Bill from All Drains was one of the first to call back. He met me at my house at 3pm that day (he offered to even meet sooner but I was stuck at work). We agreed on a price and his crew was at my house the next day at 7am. By 11am, I had a new sewer line that ran from my house, all the way to the city's drain. Within a few minutes of meeting Bill, I knew he was upfront about what needed to be done and had a plan to efficiently execute it. The price he quoted me was very reasonable and unlike the previous company, we wouldn't be charged more if they found issues with the line further down towards the city's drain. He was very straightforward in what needed to get done and why the extra services the other company was pushing were unnecessary. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. Hands down this was the best experience I've had with any plumber or contractor that's done work on my house. If any friends, family, or neighbors need a plumber, Bill's number will the first and only one I'll give them. Stop your search for a plumber now and just give Bill a call. You won't be disappointed. Bill the owner was fantastic! He was on site til the job was done. He made sure we understood what all was going to be done and answered any questions we had. The crew was very polite and professional! Very hard workers even in the freezing cold and snow storm. After the job was done bill has called a few times to make sure everything is working well and that we are happy with his work. We ate very happy with his work! Job well done!!

My basement started to back up on Saturday at 10 am. Called them and he showed up at 1 pm, gave a quote and a start date of Tuesday morning. The crew showed up on time, worked through some unforeseen challenges, and completed the job in one day. I could not be more thankful. Excellent work by an excellent crew.
