I picked Unlimited Recycling after calling a few different companies off of Angie's List and the Internet. I spoke to Maria, the owner who provided me with how it works and answered all my questions. Everyone at the company is professional. I gave them a B for Punctuality because they were a half hour late in the morning. I had to call them to find out what time they where going to arrive. I think they should have called me. to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. The only suggestion is that they let the customer know that when delivering to a residential address that they tell the customer to make sure there is plenty of room to get the truck in. The neighbors cars might be in the way. So give the neighbors a heads up. I would use them again. Great service.

The company was great. They set up the delivery for the end of the day after I got home from work. The drivers did an outstanding job of avoiding the low electrical drop in to my home and placed the dumpster right where I needed it. They picked it up without any trouble and supplied me a couple extra days to finish up my work compared to the normal seven day rental. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This was the second time I have utilized Unlimited Recycling!! Each person I spoke to was polite, informative, professional and honest. The gentleman helped me figure out just what size dumpster I needed based on what the project was...hone$tly. At no time did I believe they were trying to cheat me. The dumpster was delivered on time and picked up as we determined...thanks Marie! Marie was more than gracious and worked out a fair deal for the excess tonnage as well.

They were prompt and they called to make sure everything was ok. They were courteous and they did everything exactly as they said they would do it.

I rented a dumpster from this company to load with concrete pieces from my backyard. I chose United Recycling because the price was right, they would deliver the dumpster, pick it up full, and then recycle the concrete into new concrete. (The recycling really appealed to me). They were fantastic. I sent an email inquiry on Sunday evening and had received a response from their Marketing Director, Brian, by 8:45 Monday morning. I had emailed two other companies and heard from one on Thursday and never heard from the other. Brian set everything up with me by email, which was ideal for me since I am hard to reach during the day. The driver called before delivering the truck. They had said that he would arrive between 8 am and 10 am and he was here by about 8:10. He took great care backing the truck up my narrow driveway, worrying about my horrid landscaping and my neighbor's nice landscaping. He picked up the dumpster this morning with the same professionalism. Thankfully I don't have any more concrete in my backyard but I would happily use this company again if I did.Dump
