I spoke with Jeff directly regarding the installation of a new outlet in our upstairs hallway. He was very professional and was able to provide me with a ballpark quote over the phone as well as an appointment that worked for my hectic schedule. John P, who was also very polite and professional, was the technican assigned to my job which was completed in less than an hour for less than quoted. I will definitely use Supreme Electric again in the future.

John came right on time to give me an estimate. When he said it would only take about an hour and he could do it right then, I asked the cost. It was very reasonable. He did the job in the estimated time plus 15 minutes to take a run to a local hardware store for some electrical boxes. His work was very neat; he was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Supreme Electrical back again and recommend them to anyone.

Jeff returned my call within minutes. He was very polite, professional and accommodating. He was at my door within 3 1/2 hours. He did a great job!!!!! I am updating everything in my home and I look forward to using him again!!! Definitely satisfied.

We recently put in a tile backsplash, so we wanted too accent it with under cabinet lighting. I had several estimates, and Supreme came in with a competitive price, plus I felt they were the best fit to do the job. Jeff and Kevin did a great job installing puck lights after my tile backsplash was put up. They had to order a couple specialty outlets after the initial install, and came back as soon as those outlets came in. They are an honest, quality company that I would highly recommend.

One of the light bulbs on our existing ceiling fan light had literally exploded in smoke and destroyed the fixture. Not knowing enough about electricity and what may have caused the explosion (a short?), we wanted an experienced electrician to install the new light fixture. Jeff from Supreme Electric returned my phone call promptly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and scheduled the work for a week later (we were in no hurry). Kevin showed up a week later (and always phoned saying he'd be a little late). He, too, was polite and knowledgeable, giving us great advice on electricity and light bulbs. The new range hood/exhaust fan that we had purchased was the exact same model as the one it replaced (but in a different color), and we had originally intended on installing it ourselves. But since we knew we needed an electrician for the ceiling fan light, we thought we'd have him install the range hood at the same time. The model (by Kenmore) could be used as either vented or ventless. Since we needed to use it as ventless, I knew after reading the installation instructions that the blower needed to be rotated to the ventless position. Unfortunately, I neglected to point this out to Kevin, and when I called the next day to question if he had done this, he left a message on the answering machine stating the blower came in the ventless position. But, comparing the new blower with the old and testing the exhaust air through the vent, I knew this to be untrue. Rather than having him come back and reposition the blower, I was able to do it myself (although the process was quite awkward and would have been much easier prior to the installation). Because of the blower snafu, my overall rate is really an A-. The actual installation of the 2 fixtures looks great, and Kevin worked diligently for about an hour (with no complaints -- I know the range hood was heavy and not the easiest thing to install without moving the stove). I would definitely hire Supreme Electric again should we need electrical work, and perhaps next time not be shy to point out any special situations I may know of. The cost was right on, especially with the coupon offered.

Really nice man answered phone promptly--no phone tree system to contend with! All three of the bathroom outlets were not working. We had tried throughing every switch on the fuse box but to no avail. The man explained that the plug with the fuse protector that is in our guest bathroom would most probably control all the bathroom outlets and he was right! Major kudos for the fact that he managed to do this in a way that did not make us feel like complete morons. I will definitely use this company in the future should any major electrical problems arise.

Jeff the owner came out to do repairs ,on install ,new electric switch and put new electric box in for a new microwave .Jeff was the best. In overall experience and in price you can't beat the price . I did call another company in the area the company I called three weeks earlier said they would come out to do the job . They didn't call me or show up to do the job. i called the company the guy said they had a big job and wouldn't be able to come I had to go to Angie's list. Thank God Jeff came out the next day ,and did the job in not time.

I wanted to add a set of sconces to brighten up a dim powder room but wasn't sure how difficult it would be due to a lack of attic access. Kevin assured me when he came out to give the estimate that he would easily be able to do the job without adding additional holes to my newly painted walls, and for 1/3 the price quoted by one competitor. I was apprehensive that the big price differential might result in additional time/costs but the job was done quickly, cleanly, and exactly as quoted. The sconces look fantastic and I will happily call on this company for our future electrical needs.

Price was much better than any other quote I received. Kevin was great! Work was done quickly and he cleaned up any mess. Would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future.

Our first contavct with Supreme was as a double check..looking at the possibility of having to hire a company to re-do or fix problems - I am bad with names but Jeff's partner came out - we discussed what we were up against and he advised us in good faith that he could repair/fix the concerns but advised us to consider providing the opportunity of having the responsible party step up to the plate- this would provide us with an unclouded avenue of retribution should it arise (if Supreme did the work - we would loose our leverage!) He also assured us that if needed Supreme would be at the ready to service any of our electrical needs. Four months passed - we dealt with our initial "problems" and then we ran into more electrical problems - our first and only call was to Supreme!!! This evening --yes they do later timed appointments which is a godsend when all time off that could be obtained was used up during our previous problem solving! - it was Jeff who came out this evening and not only investigated our concerns but corrected them- we had lost all electrical in one level of our home - found burnt wires and Jeff found more! He then proceeded to fix these problems - and one that had us baffled -having a liight and a fan that would not run separately - not only discussed in terms we could understand that the specific wiring could in fact be tied in together which if we chose he could in fact address by running a new line - which will be our next call. The point I am trying to make is that in this point in time it is extremely rare to find a contractor/specialist who is straightforward, does great work, and doesn't take a homeowner for "anything they can get" - with Supreme you get quality - straitforward work at costs where homeowners should expect but seldom get - if there is anyone that needs electrical services they would be remiss if they do not contact Supreme Electrical Service first - we certainly willl and in fact are planning to call and have them to straighten up a few other non-immediate concerns! THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST!!!!!

It was a very nice experience. What stands out to me is their promptness; they were quick.

Kevin came out to provide an estimate to replace an old fuse type box and run 220v out to our garage. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He came back about 2 days later and performed the work as well as corrected a grounding issue we had. I asked Kevin for an estimate to install 2 bathroom fans while he was there and he came back later in the week and installed them. I am extremely pleased with the work Kevin provided and would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Electric to anyone. + the Angies List discount!

Called Jeff on a Saturday because we were unable to reset the GFI plug in a bathroom and realized that all the plugs on that line were out. Tried resetting the circuit breakers in basement panel but that did not work. Jeff talked us through several things on the phone first before setting the service call in an effort to save us the money if we really didn't have to spend it (which we thought was great.) He did come out that next Monday as scheduled and was able to fix the outlet problem after some troubleshooting. It turned out that a wire was pulled out on the back of a plug in the basement which was tripping the other plugs. Gave us the 15% discount coupon from Angie's list for this service call. Coincidentally, we had just purchased all new lights for the exterior of the house (front of garage, front and side doors, and rear patio door). My husband was so impressed with Jeff, he asked him to install the lights for us and also to install a light fixture at our aunt's house and look at some basement light issues. An appointment was set for a few days later and Jeff came out promptly as scheduled. Installed all exterior lights in a short amount of time and then went to our aunt's house to install the light fixture there. They all look great. He caulked around each fixture that was installed on the exterior of our house and set the motion detector timing mechanism for us. We couldn't be more satisfied. We are having him back to do some more electrical work at our aunt's house in a few weeks. We would HIGHLY recommend Jeff. He appears to be extremely knowedgeable, is pleasant to work with, prompt and extremely efficient. We are so glad we found him and will certainly use him anytime we have a need for an electrician.

Kevin came to fix our problem and arrived on time. It took a little while to find the wire that I had cut in the wall that didn't get removed. He also fixed a couple of other things. He was professional and fixed our problem. Will use them again.

Kevin did the estimate as well as the install, and he was incredibly nice. Not only that, but he also thought of things before installing, such as ensuring the fixtures we were hanging had the appropriate support when installing rather than doing it without questioning. He was thoroughly professional, conscientious, and further solidified why we decided to go with Supreme (not to mention being a third of the price of other quotes we received). They quoted what we needed - not something to just increase their bottom line. Kevin didn't have everything with him, but committed to return to finish one light, but also hang two additional sconces without us asking - great guy. I would definitely use them again.

Jeff was very professional and helpful. Tried to talk us through checklists when we called to see if we could easily fix it. We couldn't so he came first thing in the morning and fixed the problem. So professional that I decided to get some other electrical issues looked at and will be using and recommending them to others, as well.

The job was a huge success. Jeff and Kevin are both extremely professional and in fact we have already scheduled them to do our next job. They clean as they go so no huge clean up at the end of the day. You get to know them on a personal level and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family members.
