I appreciate Supreme Electric's responsiveness and honesty. This shows that they are a reputable company that I will definitely contact again if I need additional repairs.

They were on-time and very professional. They explained the issue to me and were able to quickly repair everything within the one hour minimum charge. They were polite and respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves before they left.

Good: Work performed was professional. Electrician arrived on time and completed the installation of a switch for a garbage disposal and was very nice. This is where the review would have ended had everything gone as expected. Bad: The "No Trip Charge" on the contractors profile is not accurate. I will explain. My wife originally called to get an estimate on the installation of a switch for a garbage disposal and she had explained there was an issue with one wall outlet plug. Well it comes to find out my wife didnt know the plug outlet was turned off by the switch on the wall. The tech spent a couple minutes with a wall outlet tester and flipped the switch to let her know there is nothing wrong with the outlet she just needed to flip the switch to turn it on. The tech then goes to estimate the garbage disposal. When presented with the estimate my wife was told that if she doesnt get the switch installed there will be $119 trip charge. I spoke with the owner who kept cutting me off while I was calmly speaking trying to understand why we were being charged a trip charge. He proceeded to aggressively defend his trip charge. His words to me were "if they look at something even if there is nothing wrong you will be charged a $119 service call." The "no trip charge is" not accurate and very misleading. There is most certainly a trip charge. So we felt at that point we were forced to install the switch even though we would have passed on it until we could afford it because it was more then we expected. If we didn't have it done we would have been charged $119 for the tech to flip our wall switch and tell my wife there was nothing wrong. This is not an ethical way treat your customers. People need to be aware that no trip charge is for estimates only. If they look at anything else even if nothing is wrong you will be charged a $119 trip charge. If he would have had to do some work on the outlet I would have understood but he simply popped in a power tester and flipped the switch. Simply making us aware we were being charged $119 to look at it we would have been able to make a decision on it. Seems to be a bait and switch to me. If you advertise no trip charge, you need to let your customers know in advance there will be a trip charge before it is incurred. Had I known it was $119 just to look at it I would have never let him look at it. Fees should be charged for work performed not when no work was done! Ask yourself if you would hire a company who would charge you a $119 trip charge for flipping a wall switch. A nice person wouldn't do that. Be aware that anything other then an estimate is a $119 trip charge. Communication is important, so is being transparent, and I found they are lacking on both.

As per our previous experiences with Supreme Electric, everything went great. One LED light was flickering after they left, so they came back and out changed the dimmer. After a while, the light started flickering again, so the owner, Jeff, came back out and replaced the whole fixture. Since then everything has worked perfectly. It was just a bad fixture. They stand behind their work, show up on time, are professional, and do a great job. It's nice to find a company these days who will actually stand behind their work.

Perfect. It is so refreshing to have someone who not only knows what they are doing, but does it right, and when they say they will do it. I will use no one else. Jeff and his crew were professional, and they were efficient and knowledgeable. They finished earlier than expected. I am very happy with this company and would recommend highly. This was the second time he did something for us. As I stated, I will not use anyone else.

Work was completed a couple days after quote. Noticed wires left in studs that a electrical tester said was live, same tech was sent back out to check turns out they weren't live and should have been tucked away. Was charged a additional service call.

They were extremely professional. They made sure I knew everything cost any possible damage (as theyneeded to do drilling) that might occur. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

I called three companies for quotes. The first was not an Angie's List company and they wanted to do all kinds of things I didn't ask for that they called a 10 point inspection. They wanted $89 up front before even diagnosing my concern. The second was Supreme Electrical. Jeff scheduled me for a next day appointment. When I contacted the third company, I mentioned that I was getting three quotes and I let him know who else was coming. This company owner told me that although he would be glad to come out and give me a quote, he and Jeff have worked together over the past several years, and still do on occasion and that if I had Jeff from Supreme coming out, I didn't need a third quote because Jeff was "That Good". He was correct. Jeff came on time as promised and came ready to work. He gave me a $10 Angie's List discount and the entire problem was resolved in less than an hour for only $89.00. I highly recommend Supreme Electric Service and will do so to all my friends.

They had to research the kitchen fan in the wall as this house was built in 1924. Took a couple months but they found one and put it in. Great job.

Very courteous guy, answered all my questions. He found out I already had a c-wire, so he only connected it. Very transparent communication.

The job was done perfectly. The owner, Jeff Bolen, is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and polite. He and his helper Jeff even hauled their equipment and supplies on a ferry to an island to complete this job. We will definitely use Supreme Electric for all of our electrical work. We are thrilled with our new fan and lights!

Appt. was scheduled for 6-11-15. He happened to finish another job earlier than expected in the area and phoned us to see if we were available for service today; which we were and happily excepted his offer to come 2 days earlier. While here we asked if he could look at our outdoor electrical outlet and if we could schedule another apt to have this fixed. He looked at it and fixed it the same day.

Vinnie and Ray were out on May 2nd to replace a faulty electrical line that ran underground from my house to my garage (approx. 15 ft.). They were on time, professional and neat. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and co-workers.

This HUNTER ceiling fan model 59048 is not easy to install. Have installed many fans thru the years but this one was the worst.Called Hunter helpline what a joke. Called Supreme Electric came out same day and got the job done.Then that night when all was quite I heard a hum from my old wall switch so I called them back and they came out the next day and replaced it no charge. This was a small job but I got big service.

Ray came out to give the estimate. Ray and Vinnie came out to do the job. They were very friendly and professional from the outset. The did a good job and were meticulous with the drywall holes they had to cut. They replaced the drywall plugs so that the repair would be easier. Everything works well. They reduce the price because we didn't need a part they had bought. They talked me out of extra lighting that it turns out I probably didn't need. Both of those facts speak volumes about their character. They cleaned up when they finished, and everything looks great. I will definitely be using them again for my electrical work. I have had other electricians do work in the past, but Vinnie and Ray were far better and have earned my repeat business. Keep up the good work!

Things when smooth, the only real timing issue was DTE. Total time of the Install was two days, an other 10 days was waiting on DTE to come out.

The two man crew called ahead to see if they could come early as they were ahead of schedule and when they showed up they got right to it and finished up quickly. They were very professional and gave me an explanation to what they had to do and what the cause of the blown circuit was. Overall I am very happy with their service and Supreme Electric is going to be who I call to do future projects and make repairs when needed. The price was right too.

Supreme came out just a couple of hours after my initial call, had all the the supplies in his truck, had to put in a junction box in so it wasn't aluminum and copper ground connection (the previous water heater had been like that and when we replaced that one in 2004, the company that put that one in went ahead and connected the copper ground to the aluminum ground and never said anything to us) plus before the 220 line just came down from the ceiling, which was also incorrect. Supreme fixed that also by having it in a conduit coming out of the junction box. Jeff was great, in and out of here in 45 minutes. Jeff Bolen and his crew are prompt, efficient, get to work right away, and clean up after themselves. They are pleasant too. After the electrician left, I noticed the lights under the cabinet seemed dim when I turned on the wall switch. I called Jeff Bolen back, who was able tell me the switch on the light fixture itself has two settings for bright and dim. Sure enough, I was able to put it on the brighter setting and he saved us both the expense and time of a trip back to the house.

They were more than I expected. They were on time, knowledgeable about what they were doing, friendly, they cleaned up their mess, and worked well with the other contractors I had in at the same time.i I couldn't be any happier with their work and most definitely would use them again, and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family to use them!

I work for a manufacture company that has many units across the United States. We deal with may technicians and Jeff was very responsive, on time and was exceptional at completing the job.
