Description of Work: They spent approximately 15 minutes working on an iPad that had the tip of the lightening cord break off inside on the charger slot. Even though they could not eventually get it out, they tried their darndest! They did not charge for the time spent and they were courteous, gave me suggestions on how to get it fixed without cost and sent me on my way with a smile.

+ -1 moreOverall their service exceeded our expectations. Prompt, knowledgeable, polite (even brought along "booties" to wear in our house), and, best of all, made sure we actually understood the capability of our new system and how to manage it.
Description of Work: Got the name of the service from Angies List and visited their business. Were impressed with our reception, discussion of our needs and suggestions regarding operating systems and hardware. After purchasing our new computer we called them for an installation, removal and transfer of old files, and general review of our systems. Chris spent approx 3 hours at our home and made sure all the components were hooked up correctly and helped us make a good start on Windows 8. We've worked with three other businesses over the years and this experience has been the most professional and thorough of them all.

+ -1 moreMy husband took tje tv up to the shop after they told him somebody would be there, and nobody was there, so he had to drive back without having the problem fixed. This was a 50 mile one-way trip. We had to make another appointment for a technician to come out. The technician walked on my furniture to take down this tv, which wasn't very professional, and he took it down himself. He told us that the line isn't repairable, but he made a small adjustment in the tv. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: We had a line in our 60-inch wall tv, so we called the R-tech guys.

+ 2 moreSee above. The other item to add - they knewthe correct mount to give us -- we were going to buy one ourselves - but they got the right one for us -- at a better price.
Description of Work: We needed two TV's mounted on walls. First one was in the den and it was a brick wall. It was mounted beautifully! Second TV was in tbhe living room - again -- fabulous job! The R Tech Guys arrive on time. They are not only professional - but extremely knowledgable about TV's. They are polite. They clean up when they are done. We are very happy to support a local business that does a great job! Oh - they also helpedmy husband with his laptop computer - and once again -- were very pleased with the service.
