Premier Lawn and Snow

I hired Premier to cut my grass weekly. From the very first cut, there were problems. They blew grass into my flower beds, areas on my patio and porch were not cleaned of the cut grass, and the grass was not evenly cut. As such, the grass would look like it had not been cut a couple of days after they cut it. This lead to the most troublesome issue. They would leave huge clumps of cut grass in my lawn. It made it very unsightly as the cut grass would brown and sit on top of the grass in they yard. I contacted Garrett, the owner, regarding my concerns. He blamed the weather on the problems with the grass. How come other home owners on my street did not have these same issues? He did attempt to rectify the problem by going over the lawn multiple times. But it just built up the clumps of grass in the yard and damaged the overall health of the lawn. The last straw was when his crew damaged my vinyl fence. Instead of standing behind his business and acknowledging the mistake made by his crew, he cited that the fence panels had been replaced due to prior damage. Well panels have never been replaced on the fence and it was just an attempt to not stand behind his crew's clumsiness and lack of skill. I could not and would not recommend this company to others.

Their price is very reasonable, they do good job and we don't even have to call them, they just come and do the job.
