Mr. Moss arrived on time and fixed the issues with our stove and refrigerator that day and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. We will definitely use Mr. Moss in the future.

My freezer had a couple inches of thick frost across the back wall, just like before the self-defrosters were made. The food in the refrigeration section was getting warm. On the phone before the appointment, Moses told me how to start the melting of the frost so my appointment would be shorter. He arrived as scheduled and went to work. After his inspection, he indicated that I needed some parts and he went to get them. I did Online research beforehand, so I was pretty aware of what I needed if the problem was repairable and knew the cost would be around $350. Fortunately he told me my refrigerator, while being difficult to work on with the bottom drawer freezer, is overall well-made. When he left there was actually a bonus. My ice-maker always had a problem; it didn't shut off when the tray was full so I had to watch and manually turn off the ice-maker or meet with an overfilled tray, spilling ice all over the floor when the drawer was opened. He fixed that too! So he was able to fix it at a little less cost than I expected and it is now July and I haven't had any problem at all.

It went very well! He figured out what the problem was in 15 minutes. He had the part on hand to replace and did so quickly. Put it back together, cleaned up after himself, and gave a 90 day guarantee!

He came within hours of being contacted - quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. Sooner than we expected, the part was here, he returned speedily replaced the motherboard, got it appropriately programmed, and all was fixed! On top of that, the total cost was hundreds less than other estimates. He was great to work with, explained everything he was doing as he did it, and was careful in his work, and handled our pet cat without any problem. Wonderful service, we recommend him highly!

I called Speedway Refrigeration in the morning and spoke with Moses. He asked some questions about the refrigerator, model number, and what it was doing. He got the parts he needed on the way out and fixed the refrigerator the same afternoon. The service was terrific. I am very pleased and highly recommend Speedway.

Moses answered when I made the initial call. He said they had a full day already but that he would squeeze me in when he could. He called and arrived less than 2 hours later. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He asked me to provide him with some very hot water, empty what was left in the back of the freezer -- took the back out, melted the blockage (problem turned out to be a drain blocked that had caused drainage water to freeze, furthering the problem.) He performed a full overall service on the refrigerator including cleaning underneath and through the back. I would definitely call him again for this or any other appliance repairs.

He fixed a switch board on the refrigerator. There was also nothing wrong for my dishwasher, it just had to be turned on, but he did charge me for a service call. He should have told me it was a specialized model. I have someone coming out tomorrow that specific deals with the model I have.

Very satisfied, spoke with Moses when I called and scheduled a time for him to come out, he called at 12 and arrived at 12:30 which was 30 minutes into the two hour window he provided when scheduled. Within roughly 5 minutes of opening up the dryer he had the problem diagnosed and spent the next 20 minutes getting the dryer set so a few loads could be run without the noise and shaking. He said he would call in and order parts and be back out on Tuesday (initial was Thursday) next week to install. I received a call on Saturday about 2 o'clock from Moses and he said he had the parts required and asked if we would be available if he came out right then to complete the repair -- Outstanding as the Tuesday would have meant one of us take off work!! Repair complete with thorough cleaning and would not hesitate to recommend and/or work with Mr Moss again.

My dishwasher quit working in the middle of a cycle and did not drain. All the electronics were out, so I called Mr. Moss, and he agreed to come out within a few days. He arrived on time and began work. After spending 45 minutes to empty the water, clean the pump and the filter, he replaced the thermal overload protection in the control panel. Then he put the dishwasher back together and ran some water through it. I was charged approximately $160 for this service (including my Angie's List discount). However, Mr. Moss failed to get to the root cause of the problem. When the dishwasher did the exact same thing less than 2 weeks later, I requested an estimate to replace the pump. He reluctantly gave me a quote over the phone of $280 which was supposedly less the price of the second service call. Why would I pay for more than the cost of the new parts if the dishwasher was not fixed properly the first time? Another thing that was unprofessional...when I went to pay him with a check, he asked me for part of his payment ($40) as cash because he was unsure he could get to the bank before it closed. So, I would not recommend Speedway and am looking for another repairman to fix my dishwasher right the first time.

Mr. Moses Moss returned my phone call promptly on the day I called. He then was able to work me in on that very day. He replaced the broken part and my washer has been working quietly and effeciently since then. No more trips to the laundromat. He was very professional and left things looking better in the laundry area than he found them. Great job.

Moses knew exactly what was wrong right a way. He did not have much room to work in and completed the task without complaint. Instead he was friendly and conversational. I missed his original call that he had arrived but he was gracious enough to return. Let me remind you this was on a Saturday. My dryer is functioning as it should and I will definitely use Speedway in the future.I liked Moses alot.

Mr. Moore(?) came within the scheduled time. He was very efficient and professional as he diagnosed the problem. It turned out a part was needed that had to be ordered. However, he was able to obtain the part and came back to install the same day. I wiould definitely use Speedway again.

After spending some time assessing the problem and taking the washing machine apart (which is a 26 year old Hotpoint), he determined that we needed a new washer. I appreciated the honesty. His house call was late on a Saturday afternoon (to work around my own work schedule) and so I didn't accept his discount (and it's Christmas season!)

Service was fabulous. Mr. Moss was on time, called back quickly and did a stellar job. Very professional and kind. I will definitely hire him again.

Mr. Moss came out to diagnose issue in our dryer (it was making a loud noise). He needed to order a part and returned the next week to make the repair. Dryer has been working great (and quietly) ever since!

I smelled something burning in my refrigerator when I would open the doors so I called speedway. They came out and diagnosed the problem. When the doors were shut it wasn't turning off the lights inside which since they were running constantly it was causing the plastic to melt and burn. They had to order the part and come back to fix it which is fine by me. They replaced the part and no more burning smell because the lights go off now.

We had water under the sink so we thought it was a plumbing leak but the disposal actually had a crack in it that was causing the leak. I called Speedway Plumbing who came out and told me I need to replace the garbage disposal. I upgraded from a 1/3 horsepower to a 1/2 horsepower. They installed everything perfectly. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up before they left. You wouldnt even know they were there.

Moses came over and immediately found the problem with our dryer. He was very friendly and gave us a quote and scheduled a time a few days later since he needed to get the part (a belt was broken). When he came back he was working on the dryer for a few hours so I thought for sure something else had gone wrong and we were in for a bigger bill, but he stayed true to his word. We are very happy with his work and our dryer is running like new again!

Mr Moss was professional and courteous. He had to come out three times to find the leak, or multiple leaks, but each time he was friendly, courteous and professional and did all work under the warranty he offered on his original visit.

Mr. Moss was very flexible with his time even staying till 9:30pm. He diagnosed and pointed out the problem and identified the fix. Great job!

First the gentlemen was very nice and able to fit me in the very next day however, he did not repair the dryer. The dryer made a very loud noise -I later found out after using another service provider- it was a pulley. Moses, the repairman and owner said that he fixed the squeaking and cleaned out the dryer vent and shortened the hose. The horrible noise returned with in days. As a matter of fact Moses called the next week to see how the dryer was doing. I told him it was making the same noise, he said he would be glad to come back out and take more time with the dryer. My guess is he knew it was the pulley-he WD40 the pulley because he did not have the part in his truck. I would have preferred him to be honest with me telling me he would have to return and replace the pulley. Instead he left making me think that a little WD40 would make the horrible noise go away. The actual cost for the the repair (by The Appliance Doctor) was $114 the repairman was at my home less than an hour. I would not normally complain about someone being late because I know things can happen. But Moses from Speedway Refrigeration & Appliance was late-2 hours from the time he said he would be there and he got lost and had to call me twice to get directions.

Although Mr Moss was delayed by a very long repair call before mine,after speaking with me, he still kept the scheduled day. He arrived long after normal business to fix the oven, and we appreciated the extra effort he made. Mr Moss was very professional, had the necessary parts on hand, and was very quick with the repair.

I spoke with the owner on a Friday, he the said someone would call Saturday if they were available. No call Saturday. I had an actual appointment for Monday. No call, Monday came and went. Wednesday the owner called and I just said goodbye to him. So much for appointments. His service is rated high on the List but if you can't even remember an appointment, I do not need you or want you in my house.
