Description of Work: fix water filter on fridge. not only did mr moss fix the filter on the fridge in my new home, which previously housed2 long-haired cats. . he also removed a huge collection of cat hair from the coils. also suggested i get the ductwork checked because of the pre iota owners fur babies

Description of Work: Mr. Moss checked my 13-year old washer for intermittent failure to spin dry. He determined that the bearing was worn out and said, "Use it with smaller loads until you can no longer get it to spin, and then go shopping." $65.00 was his service call fee.

Description of Work: My fridge is not cooking down. I purchased service from Angie's list with speedway Refridge repaire.The owner did respond on time and arrived as scheduled. But he did wrong dignose and he over charged me. I was charge $ 289 for A 30 minutes visit: $69 for dignose fee, then a starter $79, which later proved not necessary since the old stater was good. I was also charge $145 for replacing a new stater. I asked if the dignose fee should be waived since this is only one trip, replied No. He told me the fridge is all set and will be cooling in 24 hours. Nothing happened. I ended up paying another repair and found the compressor was bad. When I explained to him this is not working, he told me to do a another dignose, which I declined. I paid him the $65 fee , and I do not want to waste time again. Not good experience.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, my dishwasher couldn't be fixed, but it wasn't for lack of trying!Even my husband was impressed by the hard work, diligence and more than fair pricing; he worked 2 hours and only charged $75. I've had work done before by this gentleman and would always call him with any washer, dryer, appliance problem. He's the best!

Description of Work: Moses was so patient with my scheduling difficulties. Incredibly friendly and easy to work with. We were having issues with a refrigerator and while I couldn't get it to make the noise described, he was incredibly patient and we went through a checklist to make sure it was functioning even if the noise would not appear.

Description of Work: Replaced wash machine pump. Fast response came out next day, very friendly and professional. Had to get part returned next day to install, working great.
