He came out the same day I called and the dryer works fine now. H did a good job and I will use him again

went well, altho was late getting to house. Work was efficient and successful. Mr. Moss a polite and friendly man.

Mr. Moss initially came on May 10 to try and repair the dishwasher. He removed the drain pump, tested it and reassembled it but it was still inop. Since it was a Saturday, he had to order a replacement part. He came back on Tuesday and replaced the faulty pump. Three weeks later, everything seems to work great. Total time spent between the 2 visits was exactly 2 hours, so I thought the cost for the new pump and labor was fair ($216 includes 10% coupon. He was exceptionally punctual but I thought he could have done a little better job in the cleanup department ( drain hose spewed water and dishwasher debris underneath the sink which I cleaned after he left). All in all, we are very satisfied with the work and I would use Mr. Moss again.

Mr. Moss came out immediately and fixed my refrigerator. He is very kind and professional. We will continue to use him.

As far as coming out promptly, that was good and he was nice but the cost was ridiculous. It was $200.00 with the discount and the part I know from looking it up and knowing what it looked like was only like less than $16.00. The service was A but his pricing was the lowest you can get.

The owner came exactly when he said he would, repaired my washer with minimal time and cost and on the way out looked at and cleaned my refrigerator. The second visit was for my dishwasher which was spewing suds no matter what we did.We thought it was the seal, but we were told that it was actually the detergent we were using. We were only charged the consultation and no more. Hat's off to an honest repairman.

Of course I had a full day of cloths washing planned, only to have the first load end up sodden load in a broken washer. The machine was not functioning on the spin cycle. I called Speedway appliance based on the reviews in Angie's list. Moses was great, actually made time to come out the same day. He was able to diagnosis the problem quickly, had the parts available in his van, and was able to get it up and running again. He made sure it was working correctly on different settings before he left. My washing machine does have some age on it, but I believe it is better than many of the newer models on the market presently. His price for fixing it was reasonable, making it logical to put the money into the washing machine. I have added Speedway appliance to my cell phone, will be using the same company when necessary and will certainly give the number out to friends and neighbors.

t He came out to fix my oven automatic cleaning function. He left and when I initially went to operated the cleaning function it turned on for the top oven initially and would not turn on for the bottom oven. Subsequently my top oven stopped working also. I then noticed my bottom door did not close properly and I feel he moved something during his original attempt to make the repair. When I called to let him know that I still had the exact problem I called him for in the first place he insisted this was a new problem and would be an additional service charge and expenses. I was furious and will never recommend him to anyone else. He is the first business I used with Angies List that did not give excellent service. I have used about 8 other businesses with no complaints until Mr. Moss.

I called Mr. Moss in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. Mr. Moss was extremely pleasant and professional. I thought his fee for making a same-day visit, looking at my leaking washing machine, finding the cause of the leak, and getting an estimate for parts was reasonable. I had an Angie's List coupon but Mr. Moss said he accepted coupons for repairs only, not service calls. I thought that was fair although I was disappointed.

Mr Moses came to my home after waiting for two days for him to come. My daughter went with him to the dryer,he listened and said, I no the problem,,he cleaned some lint from the vent leading to outside, so he said. He told my daughter their was a lot of lint inside, after he let we checked for the lint maybe 3 cotton balls. The dryer was not working. I called him and said, my dryer not working he said it was when I left, I said, but it's not and you charged me all that money for nothing, he said did you think I was doing it for free/ He never told me there was a service fee, and the day he was to fix the dryer it was hot and humid outside no air blowing so the lint did not blow away and it was not in the trash, he lied. I called another repairman, he came and fixed my dryer, He was very polite and on time , he listened and said I no wants wrong, it's your coil, he put in 2 fuses that's what coils are and fixed the noise that my drum was making and he was very good at his job and, less than what Moses charged me, I WILL NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN.

Moses came out and looked at our fridge. He did what he could to get it repaired but ultimately it needed to be replaced. He was on time and professional.

Speedway did a terrific job with my dryer. Moses came out sooner than expected, diagnosed and solved the problem in a short time, and was fair with the price.

I had to work so my daughter was here. She asked for an estimate before he did the work. He came back a bit later and said he was done. No estimate. He asked for our vacuum cleaner so he could clean up under. She didn't know where it was so he went to truck to get his own. He told her the thermostat was broken and he'd fixed it. The frig never got cold again. The next day I had someone else look at it and he said another part needed replacing. It is now working.

mr. moses moss, the owner and operator of speedway refrigeration and appliances came out to the house on the specified time. i called late afternoon and he came the next day around 5:30. NOTE: my experience with owner operator businesses have been good. you have to understand there is only one person (with some exceptions) doing the work. so they usually work longer hours. what also is true is they won't leave you with your problem until it's repaired or in a position where they can leave it with out any hardship to you if your waiting for a part.) mr moss was very polite and knowledgeable. i explained to him my problems and he looked at the refrigerator first and just recommended i change the filter to see if the water flows better. i agreed to that and went out the next day and got a new filter. (i know about changing the filter but i was waiting for a red light to come on, and of course, this filter didn't have one.) live and learn. he proceeded to work on the dryer. he found the start switch was disconnected inside the panel but had no explanation how it got that way.. i think it had to be from the vibration of the drum spinning. he cleaned out the vents leading to the out side. He also cleaned the vent and replaced the elbow in back of the dryer. he checked the outside vent too. he found some backup in vent. I TESTED MY DRYER THE FOLLOWING DAY AND IT DRIED IN ONE CYCLE. AFTER REPLACING THE FILTER ON MY FRIDGE, I DRAINED SIX GLASSES OF WATER THRU THE FILTER. I CHECKED THE ICE TRAY AND IT WAS FULL. SO THE FILTER SOLVED THE PROBLEM. I WILL USE MR MOSS'S SERVICE AGAIN. HE WORKS ON ANY TYPE OF APPLIANCE. I PLAN ON CALLING HIM IN THE FUTURE TO DISMANTLE AN UNDER THE COUNTER MICROWAVE AND REPLACING IT WITH A RANGE VENT TO GO OVER MY NEW ELECTRIC STOVE.

Moses identified the source of the leak, called supplier for cost of parts, and advised me that it was not wise to repair because the cost would probably exceed the cost of a new dishwasher. He advised that I replace the appliance. My only cost was his service call. Moses was very pleasant and personable, only slightly late for his appointment, and explained in detail what the problem was. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Moss quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer and had a replacement part in his van. The replacement part solved the problem and the dryer works fine! While inspecting the dryer, Mr. Moss noticed that the exhaust vent tubing was damaged allowing dryer lint to accumulate behind the dryer which could have resulted in a fire. Mr. Moss rectified this potentially dangerous situation. I mentioned to Mr. Moss that my washing machine was vibrating excessively. Mr Moss made some adjustments resulting in much improved performance.

Had frost accumulation in freezer and refrigerator was becoming warmer. Mr. Moses made time to come on Saturday and was able ti correct the problem without replacing any parts. Would definitely use him again.

The fridge fan would not come on causing the side of the freezer door & door seal to be hot to the touch. Mr Moss replaced the fan and after doing so found that the circuit board was also not working. Since it was late in the day on a Saturday he was unable to get the part and returned on Monday with the part for installation. Before he left the job on Saturday he was careful to ensure that a fan was put in place behind the refrigerator so that it would keep the compressor cool until his return on Monday. He also ensured that it was positioned so as to not be a hazard to our pets. He installed the new circuit board on Monday as promised, and the fridge is now working great. I will use him again and would recommend him to others. He seems very knowledgable, is a very polite and nice man, and he was a very hard worker.

It was worth the investment in money and time to read the experiences of others and make, what we hope, is a wise decision.

It went great. Mr. Moss squeezed us in between some other clients he needed to see. He was a true lifesaver because I couldn't bear that squeek one more minute! He came and looked at the dryer, decided that it was the housing, ordered it and returned the next day to install it. It was that fast! He was in and out quite quickly and he cleaned up the inside of our dryer as well. That was great service for sure! I will call on Mr. Moss again if I ever need appliance repair.

Of course our refrigerator died on a Sunday night so I called Speedway after 9 pm expecting to leave a message so they could schedule something first thing in the morning. Not only did Moses answer my call but he took all my information and said he would be out the next day. What a relief! He picked up the part and was here by the afternoon. He was very courteous, knew exactly what the problem was and had us up and running in no time. I hope I wouldn't have a need for him again anytime soon but he will definitely be my go to person in the future.

Moses was very professional and helpful. He called me to let me know when he was coming in advance. He worked very hard and instead of just replacing a bunch of parts, spent some time and fixed my refrigerator at a reasonable rate, in reasonable time. I would definitely use him again. Great job!!!!
