 + 0 moreSo, how did it go? Well I've know Robert for about 7 months now and its been a pleasure working with him. He always picked up or returns my calls promptly (yes... im one of those people who call 6-7 times a day... sorry Rob). He is very honest and resonable man who is running and honest bussiness, he always gave me a thorough breakdown so I always know where my money is going (I've been ripped off in the past so yea...). Worksmanship wise he has someone for everything and they do what they do really well including himself. He's never walk away from a job and the job is not done until your satisfied. He has exceeded my expectations every single time. In terms of reliablity you can count on him and unlike other people Ive hired in the past I can just give him a list of things and carry on with my other work knowing that the job will be done and done right.
Description of Work: Im a home owner who recently moved moved to new house which i completely remodeled ans i am also own several investment properties on the side. I'll just list some of the things Robert had done for me over the past few months. All kinds of plumbing and running gas lines, all major and minor electrical including rewiring a whole kitchen and bath and putting up a new electric panel. He has also painted 4 houses including my own, refinished 3 hardwood floors including my own and tiled a bathroom. In terms of woodwork Robert has done all sorts of carpentry such as retriming basemolding, cutting out the side of the garage to install a new service door, installing all sorts of hardware and fixures around the house. He even did some cement work such as replacing a couple cracked service walk slabs, setting cement steps and tuck pointing. One time he had gotten a dumpster and hauled away all the junk my tenant left behing after she decided to skip the rent and make a run for it (sorry got a little side tracked there) anyhow being a handyman this will go on forever so I'll just cut it off here because the list is too long to type but long story short hes my go to handyman.
