Called several times and left messages. Never received a call back

It was very good. They explain everything and sent their own repair person, It was wonderful and very nice.

Excellent service and quality of work. Mike came to the house and spent over an hour reviewing options. He is very knowledgable, honest, and understanding. I would highly recommend. He even reconfigured door size and used left over siding to make job look flawless.

It went fine. They were the only ones responsive during holiday time. They're very nice, prompt and courteous.

Mike the installer was very professional and did an excellent job putting in the door. They have a wide selection of doors that can be custom made. We will be hiring them again in the future to install a garage door and lifter as well as a new entry door on the back of our home.

Mike and Mike gave me an estimate in May for a new front and side entrance door plus storms on both. They also made several suggestions as far as door styles, sidelights and colors. Mike removed the existing doors and installed the new doors over a two day period. He did a great job and they look awesome! After seeing the detail and craftsmanship that went into this I'm glad I didn't try to tackle this job myself. I highly recommend Mike's Door Service.

Very professional! Easy to work with. The entranceway door is just beautiful and very high quality, the same goes for the two storm doors. Absolutely loved Mike who installed the doors. He was very meticulous and took his time to do an outstanding job . Definitely will hire again!

Made appointment within 5 days of calling. Mikes employee came and measured doors then said his doors str backlogged 4 weeks for order and would email with an estimated could not give me an estimate then. said he would have to look up the standard door in the catalog. That was 7 days ago No call back no response. Would not recommend

Mike helped us to find the part that we needed online as Home Depot no longer carried parts to repair the door and Mike was not a dealer for that make of our old door. His professionalism and knowledge will result in us using him again to purchase some new doors. He delivers a level of service that you don't see too often anymore.

I could go into detail, but the problem was a silly error on my family's part. All I can say is these guys are GREAT. From placing the service call to the repair guys showing up, it was a great experience. Thanks Mike's Garage Door.

team showed up on time to measure for replacement garage door. door came in on time a forecasted and was installed when they said they would do it. no hidden fees or extras. both measuring team and install team were polite, efficient and took great care to ensure everything was cleaned up before leaving.

Mike was on time, friendly and knowledgable when giving me a quote. Explained why my previous door had failed, pointing out the problems, and quickly gave me a quote that was much more reasonable that a previous quote I had. His crew was out within 2 business days to install the new door. His crew also was experienced and quick. The new door and weatherstripping was up in under 90 minutes, and it looks (and operates) great. Would definitely not hesitate to contact Mike's Door Service again.

The garage side door had been nailed shut and boarded up when I bought this home many years ago. I had always wanted to make it functional to make it easier to get in/out of garage without always having to run the main door up/down. Since the side door was 50+ year-old original (thin door, large plate glass window and cheap single knob lock) it needed to be replaced. I called office and set up appointment. "MJ" arrived on time to do the estimate. The estimate provided was very detailed and I liked that he would be the one doing the installation as well. The materials took about a month to come in (which is what I was told) and office called me to set up installation date. "MJ" again arrived on time. Because of my interest in the project I pretty much watched the whole process from removing original door, cleaning up the opening, installation of new doors and final touches of installing door trims and caulking. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and keeping area clean as he worked. I am very pleased with look and operation of the doors and very glad I chose them for this project.

I had a little concern with the closer on one of the doors. All I had to do was give them a call. MJ was out here very quickly to take a look and address the issue. I couldn't be happier with the new doors and the service. Highly recommended.

I love these people. They are such a great team and do everything in their ability to make the customer satisfied; starting with Mike the person who sold us the door and also installed it. He very honest and will answer all your questions. Marilyn is very knowledgeable and will give you all accurate information. This is the second time I have bought from Mike's door service and I plan on going to them for a third time in the near future. They are a great business with a whole lot of professionalism and integrity.

They are fantastic! They have excellent prices, if there is ever a problem they come right out to fix it.

Mike was wonderful, both in how he performed the service I requested and the advice he offered for a few other issues I had around the house. He even took the time to do a small repair free of charge! The door he installed was done on time and exactly as I requested it. I will certainly use this company again if I have a similar need.
