Perfect install and info given. He even caulked the trim.

Emailed Mike on the previous weekend and he responded promptly with a call the following Monday. He came out that afternoon and gave me a quote. He called shortly after he left and we agreed on an install the following Friday morning. Mike arrived at our agreed time, completed the job in the amount of time he said it would and did a wonderful job. I don't know if I could have had it done cheaper because the other installer never responded and I was so impressed Mike that my wife and felt comfortable letting him do the job.

Very nice and quiet. It took the gentlemen only 1hr, to get it up and running. Am very happy.

My garage door cable broke on Sunday night (1/12/14). I called several places the first thing Monday morning and the soonest anyone could get out to fix was Tuesday (1/14/14). I went with Mike's because they had done work for me several years ago. They did not disappoint. Mike H. arrived on time and explained what needed to be done. He suggested I replace both cables for a nominal increase in cost. Mike was very knowledgable and professional. I'm glad I stuck with a winner!

I have used Mike's Door SVC service twice. I first used them in August of 2012 and I liked them so much I called them back in January 2013. The salesman, Bob, was very professional helping with all details. Merilyn, the office manager, I cannot say enough nice things about her. She was very professional and cordial. Mike, the installer, was very professional and courteous. I really like that company. In January 2013 I had them put on a kitchen storm door. Worked out in the cold winter and everything.

It could not have gone better. From the initial phone conversation, to free estimate, to installation, they were friendly and professional every step of the way.

We originally planned on using another local door company in our area but when their installer quit we had to find someone else to replace our entry doors on short notice due to some remodeling already in progress. From start to finish these guys were great. Marilyn ordered our doors quickly and scheduled the installation within a week! Mike the installer was not only friendly but on time, efficient and very tidy. Mike's Door Service provided us with the good old fashioned service that you just don't seem to get anymore. We are also planning on using them again for our upcoming garage project. Thanks guys, you rocked!

Mike came out for a quote, but it took a number of days to receive the quote back - almost a week. this was in part due to technical problems on their end which was ok. Quote did not list what brand of door or much of any other type of information. We were able to purchase and install the doors for well under 1/2 of what they were asking. I would consider to use them again in the future depending on price.

Mike's door was excellent. The installer did an excellent job. He had to frame the doors before he could even installed the two storm doors. The quality of the doors are superb! I also want to thank Mike's Door Service for not holding me to my mistake. I signed a contract for two different doors. When they were installed I noticed the mistake. Mike was very gracious, and exchanged the door with no charge. Thank you Mike! I would definitely used them again, and would suggest you call them for your door needs!

The appointment for the estimate went fine. However, Bob never followed up with the actual estimate as promised. I called twice and talked to the receptionist. The second time I said that I would have to move on if I did not receive a call back. I still have not received an estimate.

Excellent job and freindly Techs. Would recomend them to anyone.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He had a good price and was a very nice guy. I probably would have gone with him if he had the color to match my house for the gutters.

The service was excellent. The doors arrived earlier then scheduled and the workmanship was excellent. They did not call the job finished until the doors were 100% to my satisfaction and and every scrap of their being there was removed. -- One note if you want to save any of the material from the old doors let them know in advance because they are meticulus about their clean up.

Bad. Made an appointment 2 weeks out... Scheduled a day off to be home... No call the day before, so I called them... Yep we'll be there... Wait all day, nothing. I call, oops sorry the door didn't come in... But they didn't bother to call me! It'll be here tomorrow... Didn't happen, no explanation. I cancelled the order.

I thought our 50 year old garage door was history. Over the years I had performed all the service myself, new springs, new openers, but this time I couldn't align it. MJ (Mike) arrived and saved my door! He installed a new spring (I had purchased one previously) and was able to reuse the cables I had installed. He installed a few new rollers and realigned the door tracks. The door is working great now!

I had 2 storm doors and 1 entry door replaced. very stasified with workmanship. Mike's uses local companies for the doors also

I was getting a new roof and aluminum trim and wanted to replace an old sliding entry door on the garage before the new trim was put up. I was under a time crunch, but Mike's Door Service came by and gave me an estimate that day, and installed a new door that week. As I watched it being installed, I could tell that Mike was doing quality work. The opening had some water damage, and he reinforced it with new wood and brackets so it would be solid. I got the sense that "just good enough" WASN'T "good enough" for him. The door was aligned perfectly and the brick mold was put up in a way to make it easier for the siding and trim guys. I was so impressed with the whole process that I will be contacting them to replace the front and back door on my house once the weather warms up in the spring.

I HEARTILY recommend Mike's Door Service! The security doors were of excellent quality, and I have received several compliments from neighbors regarding their beauty and stylishness. All employees were very friendly and professional; the technician who installed the doors was especially nice and respectful, arrived promptly, and finished the work very quickly and competently. When I mentioned that I would probably use Mike's Door Service in the future to install new front door locks because the current ones were getting old and difficult to turn, he offered to remove the existing locks and clean and lubricate them right then at no additional charge-- they have been working smoothly since!

They were great from start to finish. My door looks amazing! I would completely use them again.

I called Mike's because I thought something was really wrong with the garage door opener. The key pad had not worked in years, the rest of it's operation seemed fine. He looked it all over and put in a new battery, re-initiallized it and had it working just fine in no time. This is kinda funny because my husband said he'd done all the same things, but it wasn't working anyway. Mike felt bad about the cost for the service call, but the key pad has worked perfectly ever since, so it was worth it to me. If it goes wrong again, I'll call Mike.

Garage door wouldn't open. Called Mike's Door Service. They responded promptly; within a couple of days. Diagnosed the problem to be a defective main circuit board. Ordered the new board and returned within a week, as promised, to install it.

The experience was very pleasant. I felt they did a superior job. I would highly recommend this company

They made a difficult job look very easy and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very careful not to damage my wallpaper. We will definitely be calling on them again.
