i called them on 5/17/16 to arrange for lawn cut and the estimate for other services. I was quoted $25.00 for the cut and was told they would get back to me for other estimate. I was told they charge surcharge of $5 for gas for a month of lawn cuts. They said they would be out on 5/19 to cut the lawn. I stressed to them that the lawn was long several times during conversation,yet no additional charges were ever mentioned. Within about a half hour, I was called back and told that they would come Thurs. 5/19 but that they normally do my area on Mon. so they would come back and mow again on 5/23. I said no, I didnt want it cut again in 4 days, and to wait until the following Mon.--5/30. I was then told that by then it would be long and that they would have to double charge me again. I said what do you mean again since you never brought this up during our initial conversation. I wish at that point I paid attention to the red flag about this company. I told them not to come until 5/30. They did mow he lawn on 5/19. i believe on 5/20 they left a phone message stating that spring clean up would be $135. Since the weekly ads they run indicate spring clean up starts at $45 , I called back to question what was going to be done specifically since this as triple the price in the ad. I called back that afternoon but had to leave a message which was never returned. This week I called two more times and left messages which also were never responded to. After realizing that 5/30 was a holiday, I was trying to find out if they were coming that day or when they would come. Once again I called today and had to leave a message rather than speak to a person. Their website and ads do not provide a way to send an email. After leaving 4 messages that were never responded to, I decided this was not a company I wanted to use and have hired someone else. I left another message advising them not to come back. Now onto the fraudulent billing practices.... On 5/25 I receive a statement from them in the mail. Page 1 is an invoice dated 5/19 marked PAID 5/20/16 for 25.00 lawn mowing overgrowth. 5/19/16 balance due $0. Page 2 says Payment Receipt date received 5/20/16 and indicates invoices paid . Date 5/19/16. Page 3 is an invoice for June 2016 indicating that this would be for 4 cuts and a $5 fuel surcharge for the month of June and a section to be mailed in with payment. Since I knew i wasn't going to use them, and I had given them my AMEX credit card info since they wouldn't come without prior payment, i contacted AMEX to make sure they could not bill me anymore. My concern was that they failed to respond to multiple messages and I could not get a human when I called to ultimately cancel. Today,when I called AMEX, I was informed that despite what they indicated on their invoices, they actually charged $52.50 on 5/18/16 ,the day before they did the mow and then charged another $25.00 on 5/20/16. AMEX filed a report for the disputed charges. They will be contacting Jonboy to correct this.

Very Bad, did not do the complete yard. Left an area 80'x 40' undone. Can't get them back out to complete the job (one excuse after another.)
