+ -1 moreExcellent customer service....like over the top with customer service. Shawn and Alesha were absolutely amazing! They show up when they tell you they are going to show up, and their skill level is solid. Communication skills were outstanding. They are extremely eager to please and they are very hard working. By far the best experience we have had with landscapers in the 33 years we have owned our home. Great value for all they did for us! I would highly recommend Shawn and Alesha for any of the services they offer! In this day and age when customer service is almost non existent, Shawn and Alesha are shining stars!!!
Description of Work: Shawn and Alesha edged and spread 22 yards of mulch in our backyard in one day! They also cleaned up extremely well. I didn't need to go around after they left and clean again. They also laid several yards of stones to refresh our stone walk way on the side of our home.

Description of Work: After the wind storm a few weeks ago our yard was trashed. I called Alicia and asked if a spring clean up was possible before Spring. It was way too much for my husband and I to handle. Grass Bandits was so accommodating even though they were still in the snow removal mode. We had to wait out the weather but they came today and, as usual, the yard looks great. Thank you Grass Bandits for always doing an excellent job! Lynda
