CONTRACTOR'S FENCE

They over charge. Did not give me an invoice until months later. It has not been resolve yet.

They were very friendly and it was easy to get an estimate and get the job ordered. They said we would have the fence in "a couple of weeks". A week after we left a deposit, they called to say they needed more money for a permit. We had asked if the quote was all-inclusive and they said yes. When the workmen came, they threw pop bottles and trash all over our yard, though we had put out 2 garbage cans for their use. They also poured concrete all over our driveway and on a pile of decorative rocks we had stacked next to our large koi pond. None of the posts were straight, and the fence sections were grossly uneven. The decorative caps on top of the fenceposts were different sizes! In one section, they sank part of the fence into the ground, though we'd told them we were going to be installing concrete underneath. The owner absolutely refused to come out to see the problems. The whole thing was a nightmare, and they never would make it right.
