 + -1 moreOutstanding! Of ALL the repair places in the metro Detroit area, Certified gave me an honest quote, quick response of my options, and fixed my machine in two days. I have a Filter Queen that I thought needed a new motor. Richard, the repair technician, assessed the actual problem, and was able to do the repair for under $100.00, while every one else would have charged me $350.00 for a new motor, plus labor. While in the store picking up my completed machine, a woman came in with an old carpet attachment. The service counter person immediately pulled apart the unit, put power through it and determined that there was a problem with the motor, and not the belt, and was able to give a ball-park figure for the repair. If you have an expensive vacuum cleaner, such as a Filter Queen or Rainbow, I would advise you to take it here first.
