Shoult out to BTR Pest Control. They offered my Mom a senior discount. Day of service, Matt came out and quickly handled my Mom's wasp problem and during service her next door neighbor came out about a bee problem she had and Matt took care of her also. Matt just started with BTR 4 days ago - hope he stays there as he was professional, courteous and did a great job!! Thanks Matt!!!

I like the fact that he really cared and noticed that I was afraid and he assured me that it's okay I got you this man checked every place a clue outside to the top of the house with a roof is at he showed me what he was going to use the manufacturer how long it been used in the effectiveness of it he just didn't go put something down he explained it thoroughly and as simplest form possible I promise you this is the company you want to use and last night's the first time in a while I slept peacefully without worrying about rodents thank you for everything you done for my family and special for me So my point being they are compassionate symptomatic and they would not leave until you understand what they have done how long it takes for the method to work and it also give you a warranty HANDS UP
