A local, family-owned Michigan home maintenance company proudly serving Antrim, Kalkaska, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties. As the owner, I am personally committed to being on-site to care for your home. In addition to having been in residential construction since before I was old enough to drive I am a United States Navy veteran and a licensed attorney with nearly two decades of experience in residential contracting, real estate & construction law, risk management and personalized client services. No matter the task: individualized lake-living concierge services, interior and exterior painting, preventative maintenance, home repairs & improvements or construction punch lists, we provide timely, professional results and you'll have the peace of mind of knowing exactly whom you rely upon.

Tony Martina did an excellent job clearing my roof of debris and spraying for moss. He also cleaned up the debris which was a large amount as my home is sheltered by trees. He is a fast efficient worker, arrived on time and is knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. Lorraine Knight

Tony was very professional. After power washing the house, he came back the next day to finish an extremely problematic section that required treatment. He also a plied a iron/ rust remover to the house to remove a stain that the hard water in our subdivision causes. I was very pleased with his work ethic.
