Everting went excellent. My initial Radon reading was 11.3 pCi/I (EPA Standard is 4.0 pCi/I) and after installation for a 2 day test the reading was .4 pCi/I. I had purchased an electronic monitor and this reading has remained constant since installation in April 2017.
Description of Work: Installed a radon mitigation system using an AMG "Eagle" fan, which is an inline fan, for tie-in into one Radon Sub-Slab Mitigation depressurization vacuum point/hole. The system was installed in the basement's finished from bedroom closet, then extend up to and thru the sidewall to the wall's sill-plate exterior wall into the garage. Piping was extended upward and connected to the Radon fan. A Wye drain back assembly was fabricated and installed to the top of the fam. From the Wye exhaust piping was extended upward and through the garage roof.
