The estimate was for $20,000 and he stayed within the budget. The first thing that went wrong was that they put in windows that were too big and just did not replace the existing size for the bedrooms. It upset the look of the house. Plaster and insulation was left all over for us to clean up. Nails were sicking through the inside plaster of the bedrooms. The siding was acceptable. The countertop was an "L" shaped, 3 pieced section and none of the joints matched up and to pacify me they resided my backyard shed with leftover siding in 3 different colors. The subcontractor that installed the electrical was a nightmare from hell. It took me 4 hours to clean up the mess of insulation and debris he left behind. The main contractor never called me back when I had a problem.
Description of Work: Resided the house, put in new windows, new countertops, put a new bathtub enclosure in the bathroom, reshingled the roof, house was rewired(electrical) by a sub contractor.
