+ -1 moreWe found Classic Video in the phone book, called and left a message. The owner, Marcus, called us back within the hour. After describing the problem to him, he assured us this was a classic problem on a CRT rear projection TV and that it could be fixed. Classic Video made the repairs within 24 hours and our 8 year old TV not only works again, the video appears clearer and sharper than it did before the repairs. We found the service to be outstanding, quick and very reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the service we received.
Description of Work: We have a rear projection TV (the very first of the HD TVs) on which the reds and blues began to separate. We were told this was a convergence failure. Classic Video replaced the computer chip and a fuse.
