Better Yards Landscaping

The project itself was great, after having our deposit for over two months and not returning our repeated attempts to contact the owner for a start date. I emailed him to tell him we would like our deposit back and that we would be in town soon, I receive a message that the work is done but they backed into my porch! They made arrangements to repair the porch, steps and a post had to be replaced, but could not tell me when it would be painted. I told them we would do it ourselves. When the owner came to collect on the job he only agreed to a 2% discount for all of our grief. The excuse was accidents happen, and when I asked if it was not standard practice to have a spotter for the truck driver he said no.

The project was an excellent experience and success! The crew was friendly and professional with 35 years of experience. The design was beautiful and well suited for the lakefront. The whole process was amazing and turned out above and beyond our expectations.

Members of the crew were very friendly and worked hard. The owner arrived to see how things were going and to give crew specific direction on how he wanted the planting to be done.
