This is a veteran owned business. Mr. Bunch showed up on time and spent nearly 5 hours doing the inspection. He did not mind answering questions or showing me exactly what he was doing or looking at. He was professional, candid, and extremely professional. After the inspection, he spent 45 minutes going over his findings and looking at 100+ photos he took. The next morning, I had a digital copy of the report in my email. He was also willing to mail me a copy if needed. I could not have asked for a more thorough inspection.

Not only did he walk us through what we were looking for, he let us know what was common and what were areas he didn't usually see during inspections. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and Tim walked us through all of them. He even showed us things we should keep an eye on and how often we should typically be inspecting things once we owned the home. His report was very prompt and I would certainly use his services in the future!
