I tried to have this company help me with the installation of my above ground swimming pool. However, the woman that I spoke with on the phone was VERY rude and they were trying to have me buy all of the things that I had already purchased online through them at a much greater cost to me! I had already purchased a better liner for the poooll than the one that they were offering me for about 70% less than what they were trying to tell me that, "I had to have". They are just price gougers and I would never call them again for anything in the future.

They were recommended to me. I bought my pool from them three years ago and they had a really hard time getting to right. It took them until late August before the pool was ever useable. The owner even came out and tried, but I really think ti was the products that were no good.

I called for a quote & was told a "Tech" would call me back later that day. No one called. A week later I called and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning @ 9:30. No show. At 11:00 I had to call them, and was told that the tech was running late at another job. When he arrived, he said he lost track of the time at the pool store.He seemed knowledgeable. I asked him when he could get a quote to me. He said as soon as he gets back to the store. I assumed that meant the same day. But no email.T he next day I called them and was told that they were working on it and would send to me shortly.I did finally get the quote. It was on the higher side of the 2 others I had received. Bottom line, if I have to chase them when I am trying to give them my business, What will the project be like? I chose another company

It as excellent. They had it done on time. The project took about 2 months. They even worked around another company we had to hire because it was on such a steep slope. I contacted 6 other service provider in the area, and they said it could not be done.
