Mark ( service manager ) is great, Miranda ( coordinator ) is a doll, every tech I've worked with has been nothing but clean, helpful, and nice! I will never work with anyone else. I've been working with Pro Services for the last 4 years. Throughout the years I have had many different kinds of service calls, furnace, A/C, water heater, installations, even bathroom & kitchen plumbing! Great company ran by great people!

+ 1 moreHave had Pro Services do a couple of jobs for me including A new Hot Water Heater install, and work on both Furnace and Geo Thermal. Each time their techs have been excellent, organized, professional and even cleaning up the area when done. service manager Mark is amazing to work with, including dealing with two emergencies and getting repairs done days before I thought possible. I highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreThe repairman was very pleasant, and did his job professionally and quickly. The reason for our rating of "C" is that both Consumer's Energy and Pro Services have the problems, not the repairman, who did his job well.
Description of Work: They have a contract with Consumer's Energy to fix/repair heating and cooling for customers on the Essential Care Plans. After three calls to Consumer's, another three attempts at calling Pro Services to set up an appointment, and one and a half weeks later, our air conditioner was fixed in 10 minutes. Between Consumers and Pro Services, there is a lack of communication, therefore the customer is left frustrated, and the initial problem unresolved.

Description of Work: We used Pro Services for work on our furnace. We had to get a test done for the housing inspection and they fixed something on the furnace so it wasn't so noisy and it was more efficient.
