Lori and her team did a really nice job cleaning our home. They were very thorough and reliable. I would highly recommend them!

We weren't able to choose the service and amount of work we wanted done for our house cleaning. The team is VERY thorough, to the point that they were only able to clean a small portion of our house in a 3-4 hour window. I was told there would be no way to get our kitchen cleaned in under 2 hours, since they have detailed lists of what to do (including things like sweeping under the stove). We wanted basic house cleaning, and instead were forced to put a lot of time and money into parts of the house we would not have chosen. They have their way of working and adhere strictly to it, you can expect a cleaning to take an entire day--and paid hourly, it was a much bigger investment than we were looking for.

I selected this company because of all the great reviews! I was truly disappointed with their work and had to clean everything all over again. The owner told me she loves to clean and she's been doing this for over 20 years, but she misses so many places uncleaned making me feel that she doesn't really have any experience at all! When I asked her where she actually cleaned she gave me a list of things. I checked those places specifically but many places she said she cleaned are still dirty! I feel cheated by those fake reviews! The owner's response was for my prior review was untrue. When she took the work I was given the impression that she will clean the entire 1800sqf house with special attention on kitchen and bathrooms. But clearly it wasn't the case for her at all but I wouldn't have hired her if I knew she is only going to do a partial job. Even the kitchen and bathrooms where she said she will give focus on were not clean at all. The top of the cabinet was greasy and dirty, the bottom of the under cabinet microwave was disgusting and the floor even has food sticks on it. The toilets were clearly not even cleaned at all, all of them has disgusting yellow gooey stuffs sticked on the inside of the toilets which she did send someone to cleaned it after my complaint. But she refused to clean other places. The lights which she said she cleaned still has bugs in one of them, and very dusty in two others...I could go on and on. She refused to come back and finish her work. I want those who need help be able to separate good service providers from bad ones like this.

They did a very good job. They came with very high ratings. They did a really nice job. They were highly rated on the Angie's List site. I used them once.

We hired Presentation Cleaning to do a deep clean on a house we were getting ready to sell. To say they exceeded expectations is a massive understatement. Her and her crew went over every inch of the house, and cleaned it back to new condition. It was a remarkable, breathtaking experience to walk in after they were done and see what the house looked like. Our listing agent was so impressed, he asked for the company information as well. The company was also very easy to deal with, prompt, and professional. You can tell that Lori takes a lot of pride in the work she and her crew does, and it shows.

The job took longer than estimated, but I couldn't tell because of the great attitudes exhibited by all the associates. They were working just hard at the end as they were in the beginning. I highly recommend Presentation Cleaning for all of your cleaning needs. I couldn't be more impressed with the results!!

They did fine. I think the price was fine and competitive. The quality of work was fine, it was all okay. It is not a service I would use very regularly at all but I would use them again in future. The workers were okay.

Oh My Goodness!! I hired Presentation Cleaning to do a thorough fall cleaning in preparation for a dinner party. I had used cleaning services in the past, but each one had fallen very short of what I considered a good cleaning--the kind I do when I have time to clean. But the party was just around the corner, and I needed help. Using the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted two providers, and Lori responded immediately. Just days later, Lori arrived to see our home, to LISTEN to what I wanted, and then to share her approach to cleaning and customer service. The appointment was far more than an in-and-out quote visit. Lori stayed to check and discuss each room individually, and then sat down with me to explain how Presentation Cleaning would approach the job. We scheduled an appointment and...OH MY GOODNESS!! SPOILER ALERT: If you are sitting at home wondering who to call for cleaning, I'll jump to the end of the story--HIRE PRESENTATION CLEANING!! They did everything (and I do mean everything) I could have asked them to do, plus things I hadn't thought possible from a service. And everything was done to perfection. They swept and cleaned every nook and cranny. They wiped, mopped, dusted, washed...you get the point. They are the real deal. What you read in the reviews is true. My house sparkles. I am thoroughly impressed, and I recommend them to you without hesitation. My appliances look like new, my walls, ceilings, surfaces, floors, trim and baseboards are spotless. They addressed inside windows and screens, inside cabinet fronts, and I could go on, but you'd be tired of reading this review and possibly miss the point--they are awesome. They returned a week later to do a refresher cleaning for me with the party 3 days away. Again, I was beyond impressed. I thought they'd probably do a quick run-through since they had just done a full cleaning the week before. But Oh No! They re-cleaned as well as they had cleaned the first time. Unbelievable. We now use this service for our routine cleaning. Thank you Lori! Great service!

I called Lori on short notice & she squeezed me into her schedule! Did a wonderful job cleaning, changing burnt out bulbsd, washing walls, vacuming duct work, cleaning light fixtures - basically everything! It was clean & beautiful when she left and she was wonderful to work with! I would recommend Lori to anyone who needs their home cleaned very well.

Outstanding right from the beginning when I initially inquired through Angie's list. Received a prompt return phone call where they asked detailed questions in order to understand what I was inquiring. We then set up a meeting to look at my home to determine what would be required, understand my expectations and learned about Lori's business philosophy and standards. We discussed what we thought it would take to to get my home in order, maintaining that level, estimated recommended time to do the job, and price. She was open and forthcoming, offered references, explained everything in detail, and provided recommended cleaning products for best results. When I returned home after the initial cleaning I was speechless and ecstatic. I have never seen the attention to detail from any other service I have had. My house absolutely sparkled. Each regular cleaning since then has brought the same outstanding quality, service, promptness, communication, and care. Everything and more than I was promised. It is a great feeling to know I am getting such value for the money I am spending with Lori and her team. WOW!!!

Lori shows up when she states she would. We have a flexible schedule set-up, so we work out the right day and time, but she has scheduled days for her other clients as well. She is always asking if there's anything they can improve on, and from cleaning to cleaning, she looks beyond the "usual" stuff and finds the dirt in the corners most of us don't see. BTW, she is good with natural, non-chemical cleaning solutions, she uses those products for us at our house.
