+ 0 moreI called Steve at Oracle Systems and he picked up my laptop. He then performed diagnostics and determined the unit needed the LED backlight replaced, He ordered a new part and had it delivered overnight. The total repair took three days and he returned the laptop. It works great! I have known Steve for approx. 11 years. Years ago I would just purchase a computer from local store, and Steve would help me anytime I had a problem. When my last laptop was having problems Steve recommended it was time to get a new laptop. I ordered it thru Steve, recieved a very fair price and Steve set it up for me, with proper applications. What a relief!! I recommend Steve, to all my friends.
Description of Work: My Dell Latitude laptop lost its display backlighting. Steve at Oracle Systems repaired the unit at no charge, as the laptop was still under warranty.
