I contacted Kim in July and he provided an estimate which I accepted. He told me it would be about 6 weeks. He was so busy he did not show up until October. Thank goodness the weather this fall was warm. He was on site for appox. 1 and a half weeks.

I needed some repairs to my chimney and was having an awful time getting a reputable contractor to do the work. I had a lot of contractors not return my calls, and two of them even said they would do the work and then not call me until it was months past the estimate of when they could do the work. Mr. Mollitor was wonderfully professional and responsive. He always returned my calls in a timely fashion and gave me honest assessments of when he could get to our chimney. His bid was reasonable and throughly explained. As a result, we accepted his bid to work on our chimney. A few weeks later, another contractor had a opening in his schedule and said he could get to our chimney sooner. We shared that info with Mr. Mollitor, and he graciously said that we should take advantage of that opportunity so we could get the repairs done sooner. He said he had plenty of work to keep him busy, and he hoped we'd keep him in mind for other work. We absolutely would recommend contacting Mollitor's Construction -- it is so refreshing to work with a contractor who is responsive and professional!

My initial phone call message was promptly returned and an appointment was set which Mr. Mollitor said might have to be rescheduled depending on a very large masonry job they were doing outside. He did call well ahead to reschedule and actually came much earlier in the day than the time he had set and he called ahead to make certain I was home. His crew, himself and two others, were extremely friendly & polite, removed their shoes before coming in and immediately set to work. This was an exceptional crew, all of whom were knowledgeable and skillful in doing what had to be done. They left the living room looking as though no one had been there except for a perfectly restored firebox. This was the kind of service you always hope to get for whatever work needs to be done on your house. The price was lower than what my expectations had been for the amount of time spent and the quality of the workmanship. The cost was exactly as originally quoted. I highly recommend this company and only wish I had known about them when we had our driveway replaced.

It went very and I am pleased with the work that was done. They even gave me $100.00 off the original estimate which was a very nice surprise. Would recommend them

They do exceptional work. He is on time, works fast, and keeps the job site very clean. His crew is very respectful and polite. If he can get you into his schedule, you will not be disappointed.

They came on a Wednesday and dug the sod out and dirt and added the stone, and drain and laid back the sod. They protected the rest of the grass by placing the dirt and sod on a tarp. Thursday they returned and dug in the remaining section. I can hardly see where the drain line is as they did such a great job placing back the sod. Their dig went down several feet to reach the correct slope.

The crew was sensitive to not destroying my grass and surrounding plants. They put tarps down and dug out the old blocks, took them away and quickly started to re build the wall. I am proud of the way they worked and now feel the wall would never bow into the walk out.
