We are so pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company. Derrick knows everything about bugs! The company sent him to a special education session on bees, for example. We don't see spiders in our house. Derrick checks all our mice bait and traps in our house and barn. Bugs just aren't an issue for us. He is also very flexible in postponing a service or coming earlier than our regularly scheduled date. We text with Derrick or email which works so well for us, in addition to communicating with the office staff, who are so helpful. It's refreshing to have a service that is so professional, competent and responsive.

When we first decided to search for a local pest control business.... we knew we wanted a locally owned smaller business type firm to use. We were very impressed with meeting the owner, going over our needs, and did not hesitate to sign up for monthly services. Time does fly buy... we first started using Keller spring of 2013. Derek and the other technicians are efficient and friendly and responsive to all our needs. If they note another pest infestation, they let us know and take care of it right away. The owner and office personnel are always helpful and polite when we contact them. They are quick to respond to our needs. Keller Pest Control technicians were very informative and professional. They consulted me on the best solution to achieve my desired outcome. They were up front and honest on the potential number of applications it might take to rid our house of the insects.

try calling and getting assistance. It's nearly impossible. And they don't return calls for days-over a week. After I finally got a contract started. Lisa with Keller went over the process with me. The contract was for a year with quarterly sprays interior and exterior. When they came out. They only sprayed 1/3rd of the house. After complaining to the exterminator that Lisa told me they would spray ALL of the base boards he then sprayed more of the house (I followed him around to be certain). He didn't lay mouse traps (I was told he would during the first visit that's why it costs more $150) although mice weren't an issue however due to it being late fall mice are looking for a nice warm place to live and I hired them to prevent mice and insects. To make a long story short. I called to tell Lisa about my experience with the exterminator. She got irate and told me they weren't even supposed to spray inside. Which is totally insane. We have a contract that clearly states the services they would perform. She went on and on about how much spray the exterminator used and how long he was at my house. She said she no longer wanted to keep our contract and she wasn't sending anyone else to my house. When Keller gives you a quote they ride by your house to give a estimate based on the size of the property. I have a 4 bedroom house. The problem was. They didn't anticipate me following him around and making sure he sprayed ALL OF THE BASE BOARDS. She said the spray only works if the insects walk through it. Therefore I wanted to make sure the house was covered properly to avoid any further issues with insects. They didn't seal the cracks and gaps in the house like they promised. They didn't lay down mouse traps. It's really strange how they have such great ratings. I did research several companies based on ratings and I decided to go with Keller however, I'm not sure if the reviews are real customers. Maybe. However, this is my experience with them. I wouldn't hire them if they had an buy one spray extermination and get 5 free. It's not worth the hassle

It was $75 per visit. I have been using the same person for several years. He is very personable. He knows me by name, he's funny. He is always looking for ways that he can be of help. He's good.

They have reasonable rates. They show up on time. They have prevented bugs in my yard.

I have a yearly service contract with them. They come out quarterly and it is $75 per application. I have had the same fellow for four years now. He know my entire yard and knows my issues. There is little turn over with the people. We have mice in the winter and bees in the summer. I will continue to use them.

I was very pleased with Keller from beginning to end. I had called 3 other pest removal companies. Two would only set up initial (look and see what I needed) appointments and then they would set up an appointment to do the job. This would take several days. I needed a very aggressive hornet's nest that was 6 feet from my son's swing set removed, and the sooner the better. The woman answering the phone was very nice and sympathetic to the situation. She told me she could have someone at the house that day and would call me back when she had a better idea of the time. She also gave me an initial estimate, stating it could change if more or different work was needed to remove the nest. She called me back and short time later to let me know and quot;Tyand quot; would be at my house between 12 and 1 pm. A short time later and quot;Tyand quot; called stated he could be there in 15 min. (11:30 am) if the time was OK with me. He arrived as stated and went right to work. Unfortunately the nest had to be killed, because it was under the siding of the house. Ty was very professional, informative and very pleasant to work with. He told me what he was going to do, what chemicals would be needed and why, and how they worked. He was able to discuss my concerns of the chemicals and their safety or relative safety on my family and other critters. He was able to address those concerns and assure me they would not harm other living critters. I watched Ty from a safe distance and was impressed with his thoroughness. After he finished the spraying, Ty stayed and watched the nest activity, making sure we could see the yellow jackets begin to drop. He gave me his card and cell # and told me to call him directly if I had any concerns, or if I saw any activity after 3 days and he would return to spray again. Fortunately, 24 hours after Ty sprayed the nest I was unable to see any activity. I continued to check the nest for the next several days and am relieved to say there are no hornets and my son was able to resume use of the swing set. Thank you, Keller Pest Control and Ty!

We love our pest control people. They are a local, small firm. If a company is good and local, I am going to hire the local guy as opposed to the chain firm. The owner came out and was very straightforward. My dog was fine with him; if my dog approves of someone, they are probably okay. Our service technician, Derek, is warm and friendly, does an excellent job, and explains things. If you need something extra he takes care of it. If you see anything in between time, they come and take care of it and you don't pay for it. They guarantee their work and if you see things you shouldn't be seeing, they come back.

We had them for one year and they were outstanding. I was actually able to cancel them because they took care of the problems.
