+ 1 moreJosh Locke, company owner and his crew rebuilt a porch floor in my 130 year old farmhouse. They were punctual, industrious and expert. The work was explained well, done quickly and the after-project clean-up done thoroughly. In addition, they were able to perform this work at a cost under the actual estimate.
Description of Work: They replaced my very old porch floor. First they removed all the furniture from the room. They then removed the carpeting and removed all parts of the floor right down to the ground. They set up sawhorses in the snow and cut new lumber on site to build the sub-floor, taking care to make it strong and level, well-insulated and put a vapor barrier on the ground beneath as well. The hardwood floor will be installed by another company they often work with.
