About 2 months ago I was cleaning up some shelves in the basement and I happened to see some outside light coming in. I moved a mouse trap, which I had placed on that shelf prior to Animal Removal Service coming in, and I saw a hole in a piece of wood on a high access point in the basement wall!!! This was a perfectly round hole, big enough for a mouse to come in!!!! Luckily I currently have a contractor working on my house to correct winter snow and ice damage. I pointed out the hole to him and he said, oh yes, that was drilled. I mean, that was soooo obvious! The back deck is being replaced so we went out and sure enough we found the hole. Not only was it drilled out, the Animal Removal business owner had also drilled through the aluminum siding that was below the deck that we could not previously see!!! My contractor looked specifically for that and found it, confirming that the drilling was done from the inside out!!! How convenient that it was just the right size for mice and who knows what else to creep back into the basement! Let me add that no other service people had been in my basement since the business owner, Mark Stuut! He will say that I cannot prove that he drilled the hole and of course, he would be correct! What I DO know is that I will never, ever, ever use his business again, now will I ever, ever recommend his services to anyone. Stay away from this robber! I think he was angry that I did not want to continue monthly follow up service with him for an exorbitant fee!!! He probably thought he'd show me that I needed his service! I now will make other connections with the BBB and the State of Michigan.
Description of Work: The provider was supposed to remove any mice from the basement and supposedly close any access points where the mice might be coming in.
