+ 2 moreMr. Carlisle worked with Tina Hamblin, who does landscaping for me. They worked quickly and efficiently, and their cleanup was immaculate. When painting the interior of the house, they completed one area at a time so as to cause little disturbance. In areas where disturbance could not be avoided, replacing the kitchen counter and floor they worked quickly. The counter and replacement of faucet completed in one day. Removing kitchen flooring and installing new completed in two days. Mr. Carlisle also repairs and refinishes furniture. He did both a dining room table and chairs and an eight-drawer desk, not included in the price quoted for the other work. Beautiful work. They are an amazing duo, cheerful, hard working, taking pride in their accomplishments. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: The total price includes sanitizing the crawl space and installing plastic barrier and some insulation. Washing and painting, and sanitizing with bleach where necessary, three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, two and a half baths and all closets. Installing a beam where the cathedral ceiling meets. Replace the kitchen counter and faucet and install new flooring that was carried into the laundry room and half bath. Additional insulation in the attic. Washing and painting a large outdoor storage building. Power washing the deck and house outside with paint on areas needed.

+ 3 moreIt was an extraordinary experience completed in over a little more than two weeks with little disruption to owner. Willie and Tina Hamblin, who works with him, are meticulous in detail and cleanup. If one is seeking perfection from contractors, look no further.
Description of Work: Painting interior of garage. Sanitizing interior before painting entire three-bedroom house, including closets and two-half baths. Building and installing new counter top in kitchen. Removing and installing flooring in kitchen, half-bath and laundry room.
