Description of Work: Reasonable Roofing installed a cedar roof on my home in 2009. The roof began leaking and when their crew came out they could not find the leak. however due to health problems, five years had passed before I was able to follow up again. With the understanding that I would pay for the repairs because the warranty was passed, I tried to make arrangements for them to at least do the repairs, since they had done the installation and knew the work that they had done. It was months before I could even get a date for some one to come out, despite several calls and promises. When someone finally did come--it was a rainy day, they could not work or go up on the roof to inspect thoroughly. I was told to call into to make arrangements for them to come back out, these calls fell on deaf ears. To date, no one has called or returned to make the repairs. I paid a substantial amount (over $20,000) for the original work and would have thought my patronage would have warranted the follow-up service my roof required.

Description of Work: We had our old roof torn off and new installed by Reasonable. The office staff girls were very helpful and friendly. The install crew were great. It was extremely hot out, but they worked right through it and never missed a beat. Roof looks great and the cleanup was perfect.

Very good. They got the job scheduled agressively to meet our needs and brought a full team. The problem they seem to have is that they cut the shingle estimate a bit low and so they had to bring a couple of guys back the next day to finish the job. We did have a leak show up about 3 months later (around a Solar Tube flashing) .. they got out the next day and took care of it.

With the exception of delays for weather (rain) the job progressed very well. I was impressed with the protection of plant beds and the complete clean up as work progressed.
Description of Work: Complete tear off of old roof. Replaced bad deck boards and trim. Put down insulation and all new deck and new shingles.
