sewer cleaning
 + -1 moreWayne from Modern Sewer came out the same day (Thursday) and cleared the clog. However, the next day, the drains and toilet started gurgling again. By Sunday, everything was completely backed up and we even had feces backed up into our tub and shower. We called Wayne again Monday, he came out the same day (again), and again cleared the clog. This time, it seems to have really worked, as we have no problems. What's even better is that there was no charge whatsoever for the return visit and he said to call if we have any other issues. We're very happy with Modern Sewer and won't use anyone but them if ever have a need again.
Description of Work: Our sewer line was blocked. After trying everything under sun to fix it ourselves, we called Modern Sewer.

Description of Work: An outdoor downspout was not draining due to tree roots in pipe work. We called Wayne at Modern Sewer. He offered to come out the same day if it was an emergency, but we were not in a big rush. He said he would call and then come out the following week. The next week on Monday, he did just that.

sewer cleaning
 + -1 moreModern informed me that a drain I covered up with tile was the place he was going to have to snake out, I informed him that I was told that the drain under that tile was not functional from the other contractor that I called last year to do my drain. Modern said this was the best place to go through to get a good clean out.
Description of Work: I had sewer coming up though the drain in my basement, I contacted a contractor that I used last year for the same thing, but he informed me that he would not be able to come out that night that he would be at my house in the morning. The contractor never showed up, I decided to call Modern Sewer & Drain Cleaning and he came over to my house in less then a 1/2 hour after I called him. The two guys were very helpful, nice and professional. I will call Modern again in the future.

 + -1 moreEverything worked out good. They were in and out within fifteen or twenty minutes. They guarantee their work for 90 days and within that time, they will come back at no cost if there is any trouble. I will be hiring them in for annual preventative maintenance in the future.
Description of Work: They ran a snake through the sewer when we had a sewer back up.
