Walls N All Painting LLC

We had been very pleased with a paint job that Walls N All had performed for us several months earlier, so we invited Shane back in for the initial quote for what was basically a complete re-paint of the interior of our house. After reviewing Shane's bid, I decided to award the job without pursing a quote from anyone else. Shane has a high level of expertise and walked us through the decision making process regarding eggshell vs flat, what shade of white was best for the trim, how to match colors in specific rooms where we did not want to change the color, but wanted to change the paint manufacturer, etc. His help in these areas assured that the project was starting off correctly. From the beginning (wall prep, caulk, etc.) to the end (clean-up), the entire process took about a week and a half, with as many as five painters in the house during the peak painting days. The painters were here on time each day, were polite and conducted themselves very well. Their work was very good. One of the things that I was very pleased with was the way changes were handled. As the job progressed, situations were discovered that were not covered in the original quote. Examples: Moldings damaged by condensation around windows in the great room had to be replaced; painting of several doors had been intentionally left off of the quote (by me) but added after we saw how much better other newly painted doors looked; etc. In each case where that happened, the additional cost added to the quote was very reasonable and consistent with what would have been charged on the original quote. There was absolutely no attempt to "gouge" any late changes. When the job was done and after I had pointed out everything I thought needed to be touched-up, etc., Shane personally walked through and checked every wall, ceiling, molding, door, etc., and created his own "punchlist" for his painters to complete. We were very pleased with the work of Walls N All from start to finish.

Requested quotes for the job from three highly rated painters taken from Angies List. All three visited the job before submitting quotes. Walls N All was easily the winning bid. After verbally walking through the job one more time with Shane, I was assured that the quote was understood and all of the desired work was covered. From the beginning of the job to the end, Walls N All did a great job. They were always on-time, polite and performed excellent work. Very professional. The areas where drywall was repaired cannot be seen against the original drywall. When the job was completed, clean-up was excellent. We decided that for a major interior and then exterior paint job coming up in 2013 we would bring in Walls N All.

My interaction with Walls N All Painting went very well. They're starting my job on Monday, so far, so good. They gave me an estimate of $3400 for their services. Their price was very good and they were very responsive to my call. They called back right away and came out right away. If I had any questions, he called me back right away. He called me yesterday to confirm everything for Monday.

I was very impressed with him. The only reason I didn't hire him because the other company works directly with the interior designer I was using, and so I was more comfortable going with the other because they knew the interior designer and exactly what she wanted. But that guy when he did come out, that was the same group. He was very professional, he was nice, I was impressed, he was same price so it makes sense to go to my interior designer.

Shane and his crew provided us with a firm schedule so that we were able to plan around the work. They were professional and very punctual. They worked quickly but at the same time you could definitely tell they were paying attention to all of the details. The house looks great and we are very happy that we chose to go with Walls N All.

Excellent work from start to finish. We have worked with many contractors in the past and these guys are among the best! We found them to be very professional & reasonably priced. They took the time to properly prep the areas, as well as cleaning up afterwards. I appreciated that they were considerate and worked around my busy schedule. The next project we will be tackling will be in our basement and we will be calling them back for a quote. Highly recommended.

They were pretty good. I was pretty satisfied with what they did and there was nothing negative about them. I thought the quality of work was very good and they did it on a timely basis. I’m going to definitely use them again because I’m going to have them do the exterior at some point later on this year. They were great.

We called for an estimate and received a quick response. The estimate was done and the owner was very professional and discussed several different options, also recommended an interior decorator that he had previously worked with. We scheduled the job and the painter, Tim, came out 3 days in a row to finish the job. He cleaned up daily and was professional and friendly. I had to leave the home several times during the job and felt totally comfortable leaving him to work while I was out for a couple hours. The owner came out at the end of the 2nd day to check out the job and make sure we were satisfied.

They were excellent. They were efficient and I was very pleased with them. I liked everything about them. They were kids. They were cute. They were nice and they did a good job.

They were pretty thorough so that you know what it would cost the various areas in my home. They gave a detailed account of the various services that I requested as well.

The entire process was smooth. From estimate to sanding they did a great job.

I think the company was good. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They were punctual and good with the quoting process.

Work was done in the time estimated. Dave came out, very friendly and professional. He did a great job, very through, cleaned up every night before he left and was prompt in the morning at agreed on times. We were very happy with the results. Will definitely use them again.

Shane was very prompt and available to consult on a Saturday. He provided a complete and accurate quote and was open to discussion for clarification. He also provided us with the name of an interior decorator that helped my wife pick colors. Both Scott and Tim were very professional and hard working and finished the project in less time than anticipated. The workmanship showed in the quality of the finished product. Between the color selection, quality of work and reasonableness of pricing, my wife nor I could be anything but satisfied. We will have WNAP back out in the near future to quote the bedrooms and basement.

We contacted several companies for a whole house paint job and selected Wall N All Painters after reviewing each companies price and presentation to perform the work. The work started on time and was completed in a timely manner. As this was a big job there's always some touch ups, which the team was very willing to do with no complaints or issues. The painters were nice and willing to offer suggestion and cleaned up after the job. I would use this company again for any painting needs.

The entire job was completed in the time estimated, and the workmanship was outstanding. We will definately use them again and recommend Walls N All to anyone considering interior painting.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is the first that I have hired from Angie's List. Shane was very prompt to reply to my inquiry on service and was also prompt on scheduling an estimate. Man oh man what a fantastic job. Tim was very meticulous with care and detail. I am so very very happy with the outcome of the project. I am now planning additional repairs and will make Walls-N-All Painting my top choice.

The owner, Shane, was very efficient and showed us his licensing and insurance information. His painter, Scott, was knowledgable, puntual, and efficient as well. They were concious of detail and gave advice about areas that needed to be focused on because of issues created by previous painters. They were clean and meticulous. We had a great experience working with them and we would use them again.

Poorly prepared the surface and did not protect the floors. Painiting was average. Men were very nice though.

We had quick service and work area nicely left for the next days work. We decided to change one color part way through job in an area not painted and the change was handled with no problem and only the cost for the additional paint.

We purchased the coupon for painting only a couple rooms....but we were very pleased with the professionalism that we decided to have the whole house done. They were very professional.....Quality of work was excellent. They explained very clearly what is included in the price. They finished the work on schedule. Overall we were very very happy with this company...and will definitely use them in the future.

Two other painters (both Angie's List referrals) refused the job. Too small ("...unless you let us paint 2-3 more rooms," etc.). The owner at Walls N All Painting, however, was very courteous and gave us a very reasonable quote. A couple days later, their painter, Mike, was over to mud patch the holes and then, the next day, paint the ceiling. Beautiful job. Prompt.Thorough clean up. I'd highly recommend these guys!
