We are very pleased with the end result! Shane was professional; responding quickly to our initial call and open to any and all questions. Scott and Geoff were great to work with; professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Scott ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction, with great attention to detail; especially with our kitchen cabinets. It was obvious that he cares about quality and customer satisfaction. We wont hesitate to use Walls N All in the future.

I had a very good experience with Walls N All Painting. Chris was the lead painter and did a great job! He took the time to say hello and answer all my questions. Mike and Connie were also part of the team. They all arrived on time and were always very friendly and professional. I love the way the house looks and will definately call them again.

From estimate to painting the process was painless. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind and patient with my many questions. Mike painted our home. He was punctual, painted fantastically and cleaned up after himself every day. Most importantly to me he was very mindful of the fact that we have birds and dogs in the house. I would hire them to paint again for sure and I will be having them come back in the spring to stain our fence and deck.

We are very pleased with the quality of the paint job on the exterior of the house. Shane was very knowledgeable and responsive to my concerns even before I hired his company. I actually called a total of 9 different contractors to get a quote for the whole project. The numbers I received were all over the place but Walls-N-All's estimate was competitively priced within the scope of the job. Mike, the painter, was very thorough with his prep and application. He went above and beyond what was expected of him by accommodating my request of re-installing the gutter downspout extension on the roof. He answered all my questions from wood replacement, caulking, paint application, etc. Tim, the project manager, was very easy to talk to just like Shane and Mike. I wanted a different approach with the trim application and was very pleased by his attentiveness. Overall, they were very professional, meticulous and courteous. The quality of the job was way beyond my expectation. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Very nice job! They replaced our wood trim in several places where it had rotted or worn. I asked if they could replace all of the vents on the under-hang with new ones I bought and they did. They also tore down some old wood planks that used to hold up a basketball net above the garage. They warned me ahead of time it may not look perfect after they plug the holes in the aluminum siding with caulk, which I was fine with and still looks much better than it did with those eye sores there. I was happy they were honest with me too with no false expectations up front. They also did a few other extras with no problem (of course it was factored into the price which is expected). The paint job was exceptional, cleanly done, and no mess was left behind when they finished. They also left us with a few gallons of the leftover paint and marked which one was used on the doors and which one on the rest of the house. One of the painters, Mike, took me on a walk around to make sure I looked at the whole house and was happy with the job before they left. We had several companies come give us an estimate. Not only was Wall N All the cheapest, they were the most professional and detailed from beginning to end. They texted me with questions up front prior to the start of the job, called us when they had us on the schedule, and even followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the job afterward. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The initial communication was punctual as was the quote. As we asked questions, the answers came quickly. When the date was set Aaron and Connie arrived on the date set and at the time arranged. Not only did they do a great job but were very profession as we discussed the job over the 2 days they were here on site. They were very flexible on doing a bit more, especially when it came to changing some of the wall plates on walls not painted and also painted a couple extra plates. After the first day they cleaned up their nicely and stacked up their ladders out of the way. The final day they finished a bit early and did a good job of cleaning up. We reviewed the job after completion and Tim the project manager called promptly after completion to check to see if we were happy with they job. I would have them do more for us next year.
Description of Work: Painted the walls in our great room, up the stairs and 2 hallways. Also patched spots as needed and replaced switch and outlet plates with new ones and painted the plates.

Aaron Vermeersch is an amazing painter, person and really cares about quality. He was very professional, helpful and did a wonderful job. I am probably one of, if not the most picky person about paint. I have sanded, painted and fixed jobs that other people we have hired from other companies called "painting". There is no comparison, the paint is beautiful. We have high ceilings and a lot of walls and trim, they look amazing and I may just sit and stare at our ceilings, walls and trim. We would for sure hire him again and love the talented work.

Extremely professional and customer-centric company. Shane was able to come out and give us a quote in a timely manner. He is extremely personable and professional. He pointed out some drywall fixes that needed to be done prior to painting and gave us the option of having his crew do the work or contracting it out ourselves. He provided a thorough quote on the interior and exterior painting (prep included) as well. Walls-N-All was competitively priced and we are so happy that we chose them to do the work! They started on the date they had promised. Craig took the time to drop cloth all the interior areas that needed drywall patching and was very professional and pleasant. Mike and crew were extremely professional with exceptional attention-to-detail. Extremely impressed with the time and care Joe took on prepping the T1-11. He was meticulous in his work and takes pride in his job. Mike was a pleasure to work with, takes pride in his work and is extremely polite and considerate. Highly recommend for any painting needs! Very professional experience. Showed up on time for original estimate. Best price. Painters, Dave and Chris, worked most of one week prepping, repairing and replacing some wood pieces, and painting. Very satisfied with the results. (Completed ahead of schedule on 9/9/16) Good follow up by company project manager to review their work. Appreciated a professional eye to inspect the results. Great job all around.

His crew showed up on Monday as scheduled, got everything prepped and ready to go. His crew was great. Scott, Jeff, and Connie were awesome. Very polite, professional, and great painters!! The job was finished that Friday afternoon as promised. Beautiful job!! My wife and I couldnt be happier. Tons of comments from friends and family. We will definately use again as well as recommend.
Description of Work: We have a 2000sq ft ranch, 3bed 2 1/2 bath. We needed the entire house including the stairs going down to the basement painted, except for the cielings. The existing paint on the house was horrible, just god awful. All the base trim was a prefinished oak trim. The trim alone took like 2 or 3 coats of oil based paint. We had a very small window of time to get this job done , We had carpeting coming for all bedrooms and great room, moving date scheduled, this had to be done and unfortunately done quick. The owner, Shane, came out, was there when he said he would be there, and helped us with advise and some cost cutting opyions,.he was very helpful. His schedule was pretty tight but he said he could take care of us. This was a very custom job, many colors, many rooms. Shane said they would have in done in 5 days. That was an exceptable time frame as we new there was a ton of work to do here , especially with the trim.

Excellent work priming and painting 5+ rooms. The owner, Shane, was great at responding to my calls. I was working with a designer, who sometimes had a different opinion, and he was sure to verify that things were done per my request. The painter, James, did an amazing job. He paid great attention to details, making sure every aspect of the job was perfect. They also made sure I did a walk through at the completion of the job, to ensure that I was satisfied with everything that was done. Will definitely hire again in the future.

Went very well. Shane did a great job of staying in communication for scheduling, adjusting around my schedule, and making sure our painter was there when expected. Very professional and customer oriented. David (painter) did all the prep, wood repair, and painting work himself. He was punctual, very skilled, and let me know about any extra work that might be needed without overselling. He finished when he said he would but took the time to do a thorough and professional job. Good clean up too. Would definitely quote Walls N All for future work based on this first experience. Highly recommended.

Our interior painting project, performed by Walls N All, was one of the best home maintenance projects we’ve experienced. Shane is a true professional in every way, gave us a very reasonable quote, and kept in close contact before the job began. The job, which included ceilings, walls, doors, and trim, began on schedule, and our painter, James, did an outstanding job. Not only is James an excellent painter, but he is courteous and neat, and a pleasure to deal with. Our house looks gorgeous! Thank you Walls N All!

We are more than satisfied with the finished result. Originally the plan was to spray then roll the siding, but after further consideration W-N-A decided our house would be better served by just rolling the siding with a heavily napped roller. The coverage turned out excellent, better than the first 2 times it was painted. They completed more caulking than I expected, and even filled the many woodpecker holes that had accumulated over the years. Mike L., our painter, did an excellent job. He asked us questions when needed, and check-in with the company owner regarding how to handle certain situations. Mike is also super friendly, timely, very neat and thorough, and one of the hardest worker I've ever seen! He even gave me tips on certain aspects of painting my garage (which I plan to paint myself). Walls-N-All are clearly a very experienced painting company and strive for complete customer satisfaction. The owner, Shane, visited our house several times throughout the work to make sure the job was on schedule and we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend W-N-A to anyone who needs to hire out painting.
Description of Work: We just had our 2 story, with 27 ft peak, house exterior painted with a solid color stain. Our house is completely wood sided with T1-11 (4 in OC) wood so it was a large job.

First off, the owner wanted 10% up front. That was fine until he figured this 10% off an estimate several hundred dollars more than agreed upon. When I brought this to his attention, he backed off his errant figure. But that was a red flag that should have alerted me to end our relationship and look elsewhere. Second, the communication from the owner was abysmal. He preferred to talk via text messages and he appeared to play games. I would ask a question and he would ignore it. I'd ask it again and he would further ignore it. The one question that I am thinking of is regarding the type of paint. He initially stated that he used one of two different paints. After some research, I let him know which paint I preferred. Four times I had to ask him before he gave me a straight answer. More than this, his responses were sometimes rude and sarcastic. We agreed upon a start date. He then changed that date to a few weeks later. Within that time, I also had to make a change for the starting date. His response was rude and unprofessional, asking something along the lines of if I had finally made up my mind. I also recall just before he was to start the job that he called and told me he was going to be there the next day to powerwash. Well, we had agreed on another day to start work and I wasn't going to be home at the new time that was given with only a day's notice. I recall writing him and telling him that I absolutely did not want him to start at a time when I wasn't going to be there. His response was a mocking use of the word 'absolutely' that I had used. I felt like I was dealing with an teenager who had nothing better to do than play word games. More than this, he seemed to think he was the owner of our property and that he was going to cut us out of the decision making loop. That was not going to happen with us, it did not happen with us, and I suspect that angered him (by the nature of the responses I received in his texting). During the time set aside to do the job, it rained twice. Not my fault - not his fault. But he had every intention of painting within a few hours of the rain. So I was the one who had to csll him and make the decision not to paint wet wood. He should have done this. And because he had a schedule to keep regarding other work, he rushed our job through. I don't think he had much care of the quality of the work, aside from the cursory aesthetics. We had this work done during a very hot part of the summer. The temps at noon were often over 90 degrees and the humidity in the 80s. The painter could have arrived at 7 or 8am and cut out early in order to get the work done at the recommended temperature/humidity. Instead, he arrived between 9 and 930am and this created problems about painting in high heat/high humidity in the afternoon. I don't care much when work is begun but it rubbed me the wrong way when we got to the end of the week and they had to rush because it was too hot/humid to work into the late afternoon on the earlier days of the week. I normally get 3 estimates. In this case, I got just the one. That was my fault. But from what I found immediately afterwards, the job was priced too high. He did trade off not painting the gutters and downspouts (which we did not want painted) for the labor of replacing the trim boards. But we still overpaid. Again, my fault but had I got my other two estimates, he would not have worked for me. He's got a slick initial presentation. But for us it was downhill from then on. The quality of the workmanship seemed good until the last day. It was then that they added another painter and finished the job in half a day. The work was supposed to be done in 5 business days. They did it in 3 1/2 work days. Since the work was done a few months ago, my second hobby has been to go around the house and touch up where painting was missed. As best as I can figure, most of the issues occurred on that last day. I had to go around with one of the painters two times to correct work that wasn't done properly before they left on that last day. The problem is that I could not see all the issues at that time. It's very hard to go through a job of this size with a fine tooth comb within a few minutes. So I have been touching up work done 3 months ago. And there is plenty of other work that I will not be able to detect because it is at a height or angle that I cannot reach. After they finished the job and left, I found a number of nails around the house (from the trim board replacement). Also, paint smears on a couple of windows. Again, most of this seems to have occurred on that final day. We could have called and asked them to come back out. But honestly, this was a headache that we just wanted to go away. But actually did call him the next day. A piece of wood was left on the roof of the house. I called and received no response. So I got it down myself. I wasn't going to write a review. I was just going to let it go. But after painting again this past weekend, I felt I had to make a statement here. Had someone provided this sort of review, we would have looked elsewhere and we would have been saved a headache. I hope that this gives others pause for using this company. I'll add this. In looking back over this experience and listening to what is often investigated in the news, I tend to think that this guy saw 2 senior citizens as easy marks - as people that would allow him to run roughshod over us and accept whatever he said. He appeared to be more concerned with the job to be started after our house. We paid the job in full and at the times we agreed upon. But we would never hire this company again nor would we recommend them.

Response from Walls N All Painting LLC
I will respond to this review with an extreme opposition although anybody that has read through this review should get the understanding of what it was like trying to work with this individual. He has written things that are untrue. I never want a customer to be dissatisfied with a job that we have done but some people unfortunately can not be pleased. I'm going to start with the final payment. The customer held back our final check until he had an opportunity to walk around the house which was fine with me and then released the check stating that the job was completed to his satisfaction. Had he called me back after this I would have returned and taken care of the things that in his review he complains about. I honestly believe they never existed hence the reason for not calling back. The board that he talks about I did return a call to him but I got zero response. Why didn't he ask me to fix the items that he accuses us of over looking at this time? I warranty everything we do so as far as the temperature outside, we were monitoring the Heat and the humidity according to paint specifications and we quit each day prior to it exceeding any of those specifications. We never attempted to paint in the rain. His guidelines were that if it had rained he wanted to give the project a complete day to dry out even if it had only sprinkled over night. As for the job only taking 3.5 days instead of 5 whenever we add an additional person to the job this usually will happen. I did try texting him as to communicate in the beginning because usually this is easier for customers. We never had a phone conversation because he refused to talk on the phone with me and only wanted to do business through emails. This is fine with me however I'm not understanding his complaint in blaming me for no phone conversations. I always require a 10% deposit because once I have bid a job out for a customer and they accept it I lock them into a particular time frame and refuse any incoming jobs for that time period. As far as moving the date of his project this was actually by his request and not mine. He wanted to move it one week back and unfortunately I could not accommodate that because of other customers that were scheduled so it had to be moved three weeks from the original start date. We do sometimes run behind with exterior projects due to Nature but we were not behind on his project. We actually wanted to start earlier in order to keep everything and everybody on schedule but as you can see in his review he refused that. I have never taken advantage of any person let alone a senior citizen. I understand that he will never hire us again but we would refuse the job on our end as well. I would like to apologize that this did not go the way he would have liked it too but unfortunately I did everything I could to try to please him. Nothing was ever good enough...

We couldn't be happier with the results! Craig, our painter, far exceeded our expectations! He was so meticulous and professional, and really went above and beyond for us. We had a small job of a staircase with high ceiling and accent wall. While we contacted several companies about the job, only Shane responded quickly and was willing to take the work even though this is a busy time of year for painters.Shane did not overcharge for a small job. He and his painter, Ed, were so professional and respectful and Ed's work excellent...we will definitely use them again!
