Description of Work: They gave me a quote to fix my snow blower with an estimated time to fix and they completed the work in the time they said. They made a mistake and called me in to pick it up before it was really ready. To make it up to me they gave me free drop off of the blower so I would not have to borrow a van to pick it up.

 + -1 moreI needed a part for a snow blower and University Lawn Equipment ordered me the part, but it was not an easy thing. They spent 30 minutes looking for what eventually was a $10 part, but I was very impressed that they didn't just tell me to write to the manufacturer or whatever. They took the time to find it. The staff was very pleasant and let's just say my problem became their problem and they were willing to get this really obscure part on the snow blower. It was like a little primer bump that you have and it's just this little part that basically kind of just disintegrated and it wasn't anything they were going to make any money on, but they were determined to get the right part. They ordered it and called me when it was ready and I had it within a week.
