Mark, Wendy and crew were very responsive and not only did their main job well but insured a complete site clean-up and that we were satisfied before they left. Our condo association paid for the work, and I understand that the pricing was certainly competitive. Would use Tip Top again for sure.
Description of Work: Removal of two large trees, including an approx. 75 foot oak tree that was damaged by carpenter ants.

 + -1 moreOverall, we are pleased with their service and will recommend them and use them again, primarily because of Mark and Wendy's hard work and reasonable price - I just wish they could find a more professional hard working crew that works as hard as they do.
Description of Work: Tip Top has cut down several trees for us, one time during an emergency situation where after a storm the tree was ready to split in half. They gave us a good price. Mark is very responsive - and friendly to deal with. I was slightly dissatisfied with his crew. They left cigarette butts and pop bottles - the clean up wasn't as good the second or third go around. We called them for another estimate to do some landscaping bricks as a retainer wall twice that he was suppose to check on and get back to us but never did show up for the date we set and we've called twice. My guess he got busy with tree cutting since the season was peak but he knows we are a repeat customer so should have had the courtesy to call. Often times I would come home unexpectedly to see everyone sitting down or resting... they did however do everything they said they would do for a fair price. You can expect some issues after having heavy trees drop to the ground but we had broken sprinkler heads and now one of our zones doesn't work at all. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

 + -1 moreCleared a neighbors tree that fell in the the lake. We asked them to trip two of our trees. We (and other neighbors) have them return frequently for additional work.
Description of Work: Trimmed willow and maple tree, removed all branches and cleaned up yard and raked clean.
