+ -1 moreI contacted Service Glass Company, Inc. about replacing my windshield. Stephanie took down all of my information and directed me to filing the claim with my insurance company to complete the order. I have CItizens (hanover) insurance, and they use safelite glass installers. Service Glass turned out to be a preferred installer for Safelite. My insurance agent made a conference call to Service glass to finalize the details. The mobile replacement was scheduled for the next day. I provided an acceptable window of time for that day, and they arrived within it. Bill Hester, the technician was very polite and accommodating. We selected a good location for him to perform the work, and he was done in about 30 minutes. He went over the specifics of the care and what I needed to look for, and was very friendly. I offered him a tip and he refused, asking that I spread the word instead.
Description of Work: Mobile replacement of my SUV windshield while I was at work.
