+ -1 moreAlthough the diagnostic appt was set quickly, and the tech showed up on-time and I paid the $75 diagnostic fee, the follow-up has been lacking. My oven thermostat or sensor is faulting. This process started before Thanksgiving. It's two months later, and my last texts and messages have gone unanswered. My oven is still not repaired.
Description of Work: My oven faults and shuts off when it reaches 350 degrees. Although the technician diagnosed the problem, the one follow-up appt with the wrong part yielded no results but time wasted. A third appt with the supposed correct part has yet to happen. Fee listed is ONLY the diagnostic fee, and no actual repair has been completed on my oven.

Description of Work: Dishwasher wasn’t draining and was spilling water on the floor during cycle. The repairman correctly diagnose the problem and fixed it with a cup of vinegar.
