Description of Work: We moved from Arizona last August contracted through Mackenzie movers National Movers to load our stuff from Az. For the cross country move to Michigan I don't remember their exact name National something...they seemed professional and was happy with the service they provided. Once National arrived here Mackenzie did the unloading. Was not happy with how things were done and would never contract them again for anything. Had used these guys before and they were reasonable priced and professional but never again. It took three months to get in our house and got Superman Movers to get our stuff out of storage and saw first hand the handy work of Mackenzie and was even more happy that we said no thanks to Mackenzie...a C rating was generous on my part and that was only because of National that did the cross country move to Michigan...

+ -1 moreI originally did business with this company when I scheduled the packing of my POD through Moving Staffers, who sub-contracted the work to McKenzie Moving. The packers did an excellent job. They were smart, professional, dependable. Weeks later, when I wanted the POD unpacked at my new house, I tried to schedule the work directly with them. I called a couple times. I left a voice message once. The second time, I was told that someone would call back but no one ever did. However, they did such good work that I contacted Moving Staffers and specifically requested their company to do the work. With the unpacking of the POD, they again did a good job. Note that the packing/unpacking of the POD required disassembling/re-assembling furniture. The staff did this work correctly and responsibly.
