Description of Work: There was a ceiling water leak in the basement apartment of a 4-unit which I own. Although it was a Saturday, Mark met me there within an hour. Besides being an excellent plumber, Mark is an amazing detective which was needed to find the leak in this 85-year old house. He deduced that the leak was somewhere in the stack - but where. Again detective work isolated an area and by going through the wall covering the stack he found a crack in 4-inch cast iron pipe. He was able to cut out a section and install a PVC pipe. He has been my plumber for 20 years and I have absolute faith in his ability and reliability.
