Excellent workmanship with no issues and no subsequent repairs were required.

Finally ended up hiring someone to clean up their mess. Dishonest, Unethical and incompetent. Do not hire.

They had an offer for gutter cleaning and I used them, so I had them do my gutters. They came out, and they did a good job. They gave me a quote for gutters. I called them up, as a matter of fact, a couple of months ago. I had them done last fall. I asked them to come out and do a quote on the gutters, roof and some other work, some windows. That was on my secondary residence and then I got a quote for my house, which is much bigger. I never got the quotes. They definitely came out to one house, and I can't remember if they came out to the other house. I never got quotes back, so I moved on. They did a good job because they and they recommended that they be replaced, which is true they should have been replaced. The price was fair that was okay. It seems like a fair price, however, the follow-up had to be last month from now until May, I got nothing, I got no quotes back or anything. They didn't clean up all the way, but they cleaned up most of the way. It took them a couple of weeks to come out, but they did tell me when they were going to come out.

Professional advice, prompt service. I will hire again.

Tried to get a quote on a new peak roof and a quote to reseal existing roof. 28 days later and we never receive either. Makes me not want to have them do the work, if we can't even get a quote. I reached out at the two week mark as well. They said they would have it to me by the end of that week.

Went fairly well. Only thing i was not happy with was that i found alot of siding pieces in my yard by the area that had repairs done.

Excellent would definitely hire them again.

2-3 week job took almost 6 months. 1. Left roof not well covered, had leaks, they came and corrected. 2. Installed wrong joists, had to make them remove and replace. If I had not forced the issue or they would have left them in. 3. Requested the owner step in and project manage to get the project on track. He agreed but never followed through. 3. Did not put in venting according to code, they came back to repair, but again it is not done correctly. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state licensing board. I have had great experience with Angie's list in the past, not this time.

They came out on time, they were very nice. They weren't pushy. They were knowledgeable, and courteous.

We hired Grennan Construction to fix a leak in our roof and were told the source of our leak was the metal ridge vent and that it needed to be replaced. We were given a price and told them to go ahead and do the repair for the leak in the roof. Shortly after that it leaked again so the salesman came out and said it was nothing to do with them and that they fulfilled their agreement, refusing to correct their misdiagnosis of the leaky roof. Grennan Construction replaced the metal ridge vent with plastic and fixed the drywall damage inside the home in the second bedroom's ceiling. When it leaked again it was in the exact same place as before the repair and the drywall they fixed was now worse than before. It appeared to us that the ridge vent was not the problem so we called another contractor to come out and look at the roof and he said it was leaking because the shingles were installed wrong because they used the racking method to install dimensional shingles. The root cause of the leak was that our roof has two layers of shingles on it and the first layer had simply rotted away from leaks as well as the fact that here was no felt or ice shield on our roof. This proves the misdiagnosis by Grennan Construction as well as selling improper equipment. The new contractor said we needed to replace our roof that was the only way to fix it properly. He also noted we had one soffit vent on the home and the ridge vent that was installed required soffit vents to work properly. During heavy downpours of rain, there are zero leaks in my home due to the proper roof repair by the new contractor. Please stay away from this company as they will not honor their commitments to fix your problem and their lack of expertise in diagnosing problems with your home is alarming.

Terry and team was great, did a thorough job in inspecting roof and some minor repairs/nail pops. Didn't get the best news in that we'll need a new roof soon, but thought that would be the case. Good service as second opinion and to fix up potential trouble spots before winter.

At first I was very impressed with the company. Extremely responsive and friendly, and easy to work with. After they recieved my deposit, all communication stopped. I waited weeks with no schedule of construction, finally had to call to ask what the deal was. Then waited for answers again for weeks ultimately for them to tell me they can't do the job that was quoted. The dissatisfaction lies not in that they couldn't do the work, but that I had to call several times in order to get updates and was never updated on their "product research". Luckily I got my deposit back in a timely manner, but I thought for sure this was a take the money and run case. Which it very well may have been if I wasn't paying attention and calling often. So now 2 months later my repair hasn't been done and I have to find someone else to do it.

Very competent. Spotted few areas needed caulking and did repair. Felt got thorough inspection and was given feedback. Will definitely keep this company in mind should I need any roofing in future

It has been over a week since they finally came out - no report received.... Called today, was told they must have sent to wrong e mail...would resend immediately...I have not received....am tired of calling and trying to obtain report. This experience is telling me that if I purchase and pay in advance thru Angie's list...I have no leverage and cannot expect service for dollars paid. Am a senior...way too much aggravation for no follow up and no service. I

He was very responsive and gave very good suggestions. It's a little not necessary. He gave me good value for the price.

The roof vent was leaking and was replaced. About 3 months later we had the same problem, but I would not Grennan back out. They also put in heat tape to resolve ice naming. The seemed reluctant but did the job. However, they left the tape not plugged in to the outlet I installed under the eve. When I called, they said they would not come back to plug it in. So I had to get a 25' ladder, climb up, and plug it in myself. While I was up there, I saw that the quality of the heat tape installation was very sloppy. When I brought this up to him he said that they really do not do that kind of work and would not come back to fix it.

I had them fix a roof leak in 2015. In a reagent rain, the roof leaked again. I had another company come out and they said that water coming down the roof was splashing into the roof vent that was on a lower peak. Grennan should have known that that roof vent should have been removed and replaced with shingles. So I had to pay another company to repair what they should have repaired in the first place. Plus, I ended up having to have the drywall repaired again. That's not all. I paid them to install heat tape on my roof to stop ice dating last year. The put the heat tape up but did not bother to plug them in to an outlet that was provided just under the eve. When I called and asked them to come back out, they refused. So I had to get a 20' ladder and climb up to plug them in myself. Very unprofessional.

Extremely pleased with professionalism of the crew that came out, Terry and Jerry, would hire Grennan to do any upcoming job. I shopped around a bit and based on the reviews and Fred coming out to quote went with them. These guys did a great job, when they found more damage then expected the approach was "i'll treat this as if it was my house" the incremental charge was totally reasonable and I am very pleased with the results. Nothing but good, great guys too!

The job took much longer than expected due to problems cropping up along the way but Terry was there to make sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. He was not satisfied until we were satisfied and made sure that everything that was supposed to be done was done properly and as outlined in the original proposal.
