Description of Work: Venting installed in the soffits of our house to improve airflow to the attic areas. A piece of missing downspout was also installed. We had some masonry work done on our chimney, and a new chimney cap installed, as well. We are very pleased with not only the work done on our house, but with the whole experience. Very professional.

Description of Work: Terry was great! He cleaned gutters and roof, identified a couple of issues, sent me pics and and a follow up email. He offered an estimate for leaf guards, but there was no pressure to purchase. He even cleared a couple of clogged downspouts, even though that was above and beyond. I definitely will use of this company again!

Description of Work: He used a leaf blower and blew it all on the ground and shrubs.I still had to clean it off my shrubs and back of my garage. I thought it would be done by hand.also had to hose the debris from windows and exterior of house.the gutters may be clean, but the clean below should have been better. Did get pictures of roof. So I know I'm good for at least another six years.

Description of Work: Purchased a Roof Tune-Up and Inspection from Angie's List for $99. Grennan Construction performed this service on 4-17-15. Provided pictures and recommendations for improved ventilation and insulation. Grennan Construction provided estimate for this work and performed the job on 6/19/15 for $2500.00. Work consisted of cutting wood underneath soffit, installing vented soffit, new fascia board where needed and metal, new gutter and downspout where needed, baffles in between every rafter, vented bathroom fans through roof, installed insulation in attic.
