Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and inspected my roof and gave a report. There were no leaves off my trees the first time they came by, so they let me have my gutters cleaned later instead, which was great.

Description of Work: Did not contact me after I purchased the service through Angie's List. Contacted them (3) times before I received a response to schedule the service. the owner finally called to say that the employee who perform this service was just getting back into town and he would call me back to schedule. He said they had an overwhelming response to the coupon on Angie List and that he wasn't sure he could clean the gutters before next year. I said that was unacceptable. He said that was the best he could do because he had been ill. This is unfortunate. Clearly the owner oversold his ability to provide the service in a reasonable time.

Hello, We exchanged messages through the Angies List message center on 10/21, 10/29 and 11/2 and we did speak on the phone. The member wanted us to come out at a specific time and I could not promise that at that time as I was only telling the truth. Description of Work: Had little trouble getting a date set. Company called and cancelled twice on the morning of the days they were supposed to be at my house. I know some things cannot be helped. But twice? The guys were friendly and did a good job. I would call them again.

Description of Work: Grennan installed 2 windows & a patio door at my daughter's house. The work was excellent, the installers were knowledgeable & friendly & the work site was never left in a mess. The only issue was scheduling as the job started later than planned & took longer than expected to complete. The results were worth it though.
