Description of Work: They replaced my complex roof, damaged by a severe hail/windstorm. Every step of the way, Grennan presented options and confirmed that we liked the progress. After Grennan was done, they assigned a person to address smaller issues, who worked until we were satisfied with all fixed. | |Fred Grennan was personally involved from start to finish. He was fully transparent with all estimates and never charged anything that we didn't authorize. He exceeded all of our expectations on quality and corrected some issues that existed from when our home was originally built in 1997, that we weren't aware of. Also, he patiently helped us with difficult Insurance adjusters and filings. | |To date, the roof looks like new.

Description of Work: It was an ok experience. Was a little hard to get scheduled but nothing terrible. Inspection was pretty much a visual inspection and some re-caulking where needed. Not sure it's something worth 99.99. Certainly not worth the 350.00 or whatever the ad claims it costs regularly. I got the midas touch, where they end up telling me i need thousands of dollars worth of repairs etc. I did get a nice report emailed with pictures and a quote for more work to be done if desired. Clearly the motivation is to get to the homeowners house and try to get more work. I can't blame them, it's a good business strategy. | |The workers were nice and professional.

Description of Work: Grennan Construction provided gutter cleaning service. I later hired them for roof repair. Their prices were fair and the quality of the work was good. They completed the work quickly. I would use them again.

Description of Work: AFTER THE INSPECTION IT WAS SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE I COULD A PROPOSAL IT WAS 6800 WHICH INCLUDED 3800 FOR CHIMMEY REPAIR I FOUND A COMPANY OH YOUR LIST THAT DOES THAT FOR 2800 THAT COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THIS WORK ON THEIR BROCHURE THE OTHER THINGS LIKE VENTS HAVE BEEN THE SAME SINCE WE HAVE HAD THE HOUSE. I THINK THE $99 FOR INSPECTION IS JUST TO GET THEM IN THE HOUSE AND FIND THINGS NOT RELATED TO THE ROOF

Description of Work: They came out to fix some very minor things due to wind damage. While they were up on my large, high pitched roof, they took many pictures showing other things that needed attention. I had a wooden chimney, that was beginning to rot. They came again to repair it with vinyl siding. The price was excellent because I had other estimates. Most companies would not even go up on such a steep roof. Those who would, wanted to charge double.

Description of Work: I bought the roof inspection. They inspected the garage, the roof on my house and attic. They found that my roof was in pretty good shape except for the flashing around my chimney which was just tar. They gave me an estimate to fix the issue and came back within a week or two and fixed that. Very easy to work with.
