I contacted Earth Orbit regarding recommendation to update indoor/outdoor lighting for a vacation home purchase. The response time was quick!! I also forwarded a video of the my walk thru of the property for review. I was quite surprised within a short period of time, I was emailed an complete write-up. The attention to detail in such a short period of time is almost unheard of with most contractors these days. Earth Orbit's Customer Service is nothing but exceptional & top notch !! I'm so excited to see the finish products & installation throughout my vacation home. I was also provided a full performance rating on each lighting unit. I clearly know without ANY doubt I picked the right company !!! Great Customer Service is rare & hard to find these days Earth Orbit truly STAND OUT FOR SURE....I WILL RECOMMEND THEM OVER AND OVER......oh and OVER AGAIN !!!!!
